After I stopped working in NYC (where there are lots of options for threading), I began going to a place in Stamford mall but wasn't satisfied with the service. I found iBrow via GroupOn. The first time I went, I got a facial and face threading and I've been loyal since (almost 3 years). Roma and her staff are the sweetest and total pros. I always feel comfortable there. She now has a shop in New Haven and I'm trying to encourage her to open up a shop in Stamford. I love that I don't always have to wait for one specific person to do my eyebrows. I recently had a not-so-good experience at another threading location and had taken a break from threading to let my eyebrows grow out a little more. A friend referred me to ibrowstudio and I most definitely plan to come back. Wonderful experience with Roma! I personally don't like drawing in my eyebrows. I don't mind minor fill in but prior to my visit with Roma, I didn't feel comfortable leaving the house without touching up my brows. I was in desperate need to get my eyebrows done. I've always used a straight blade to get them done. Until I walked into ibrow studios and met Rama. I have to admit the first time was painful, because this is something new for me. Rama was very patient with me and she took her time. She made my eyebrows look full and they were arched right!! I was looking for a new eyebrow threading place post-quarantine and came upon this place through yelp. When i walked through the door, I could smell how clean it was. Roma took down my information and wiped down the chair before I sat on it. She had on a face guard AND a face mask - if that's not being precautious, I don't know what is! She did an amazing job with my eyebrows and I cannot thank her enough. I love this place! Their professional staff made my face look so different and beautiful. They beautifully designed my eyebrow the way i wanted it and it was not painful at all. Great Place to get you brows done!!! Thick or thin eyebrows, they always come out nice. Highly recommend this place, you wont be disappointed, prices are reasonable, not only is it better than waxing but it lasts longer and hair does not grow back any thicker. However, you do need to get used to it as it does hurt a little the first time but its well worth it! read more
