Yes, it's expensive (double what places nearby charge) however, I knew that going in and was willing to pay top dollar with the expectation of premium service. But instead of feeling pampered or valued as a client, I often left feeling like I was a burden. The owner's attitude is consistently rude, and I've been made to feel like the way I live or maintain my lashes creates "extra work" for them. (I barely wear makeup and I don't wear eye makeup). It's uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, scheduling is rigid and inflexible, which makes it tough for clients with normal life demands. Bottom line: For the price they charge, the experience should feel luxurious--not stressful. I won't be returning.

Also, other reviews referenced face masks and shields, that was not the case. The woman had on a mask but no shield and again, the lack of social distancing did not make me feel comfortable or assured that other protocols were taking place either. Everyone inside did have on masks and they were worn appropriately but given current covid rates, much more should be in place. I'm wondering if things have slacked off in the past few months but hopefully they will remember we are still in the midst of covid and reinforce them.
