I told the lady I just needed them to be cleaned up a little and to keep the same shape. I wanted to cry when I looked at the damage she did. She completely changed the shape of my brows making them 2 uneven overly arched thin lines!!! I have cuts all along the sides of my brows and temples. When I pointed this out she said it looked fine and if I wanted more off she would take it off. There is nothing more to take off! I literally have no eyebrows. This is the worst threading experience of my life and I have been doing threading for over 20 years!!! It will take forever for them to grow back.

I went today around 1:10 for an pedi appointment that was set up online for 1:15. At first they…read morethought I was in for a mani (???) and once I confirmed for them pedi they said to wait. I picked my color ( they have a pretty huge selection) and waited my turn. The salon is clean, quiet. Cash tip only unless you want to send via Venmo or cash app which I what I had to do. I quickly notice my turn wouldn't be in 5 or even 10 mins. My 1:15 appointment was not serviced until 1:44. They only had 2 people working. One was Anna (which is who serviced me) even though my appt was with an Amy but I'm not sure if she was even there. Not sure if they delay was because they accepted a walk in but they should be mindful of the appointments already in the system. I also noticed they upsell, if you come in for pedi they get you for a mani and tell you it'll be a few mins. But 3 people were being serviced by 2 people so at some point one person is going to be waiting a great deal. The service Anna provided was still good. My gel pedi only took about 25 mins. She was efficient but not in a hurry. I'm just not sure if they salon is staffed appropriately.

So…read moreI bought the Groupon and scheduled and appointment to come in for a Brazilian Wax in addition to my underarms being waxed. The young lady who did my underarms was very insensitive in the sense that she did not displace great customer service. The wax was entirely too hot. I do not feel like she waited long enough for the wax to completely dry before ripping it off. There was additional hair in a crevice under my arm bc I am not skinny and she did not even try to remove it and just blatantly told me she couldn't remove it. I've gotten my arms waxed multiple times and never have been told that. I honestly just think it was the technician that I had..cause if I had Aja, it probably wouldn't have been so terrible.
