She completely changed the shape of my brows making them 2 uneven overly arched thin lines!!! I have cuts all along the sides of my brows and temples. When I pointed this out she said it looked fine and if I wanted more off she would take it off. There is nothing more to take off! I literally have no eyebrows. This is the worst threading experience of my life and I have been doing threading for over 20 years!!! It will take forever for them to grow back.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I had my first experience with Zen Nails after a coworker…read morementioned them. I took my niece for a girls day. We both got pedicures and I had a GEL polish change on my hands. The experience was more than horrible. I have attached photos from the experience for your review. PLEASE reconsider where you go as the photos speak for themselves. My niece was injured, resulting in a bloody foot and a band aid, as they destroyed her foot (seen in photo). My polish change ($40) for gel came off on the ride home. Not chipped the whole nail was bare and the polish was on the floorboard of my vehicle. I called and was informed I could come back in for repairs at no cost. I informed them I would just prefer the refund on the polish change, not the full bill, simply the polish change. I was informed they would Venmo me my refund, that was on Sunday. On Monday I still had no refund and reached back out to the salon. I was then informed to text photos to them and was provided an invalid phone number. I called back and got an email address. Again, I submitted photos via email with my concerns and request for refund. I did not receive any communication or refund until Tuesday, when I sent an email stating that due to the way it was handled, I would be posting this review. I received a text message within an hour saying that they have issued the refund. It took all of this back and forth, phone calls, emails, texts, etc. just to get a polish change refund, again not full refund. I checked my account and there is no refund to date. This was a horrible experience. I would HIGHLY recommend going to another salon if you are looking for somewhere new, as this is not the place!
