I was in a bit of a pinch my normal salon was booked solid and i was in need of a wax for my upcoming jaunt to Greece. I yelped and found this place in close proximity to my casa and that there was a Yelp deal (double win) I emailed Brenda ( who is super sweet btw) and she had a facial cancel on her and advised me that a 10 am was available we correspnded through email but she has a phone number for business as well. I arrived a few minutes before and waited in probably the cutest waiting room i had ever seen TONS of bumble bees and cute little nick nacks. Brenda was finishing up with a client and a few minutes later she was ready for me. I have never had a wax with strips ( im used to the hard wax) and i usually de robe from the bottom down but Brenda provided me with cotton like panties to wear during the wax. The STRIPS were VERY PAINFUL i mean getting waxed is not like being licked by kittens at all but ive been getting waxed for YEARS and it def hurt. All and all i was pretty happy with the results and if i was ever in a pinch again i would def call/email Brenda. The only reason why this isnt a full 5 star review is the pricing. Brazilians are 72.00 thats more than im used to paying even with tip. Its def a great wax but the price point is just out of my range (buying the yelp deal really helped me out ALOT ) I also didnt even think about it until i left but part of my brazilian wax at any other place includes a back door clean up. It was a quick wax with great results and I would def recommend Brenda. She provides other services such as tinting and facials. Gratuity isnt accepted at the beehive and she has various hours to fit any ones schedule.

The young lady who did my underarms was very insensitive in the sense that she did not displace great customer service. The wax was entirely too hot. I do not feel like she waited long enough for the wax to completely dry before ripping it off. There was additional hair in a crevice under my arm bc I am not skinny and she did not even try to remove it and just blatantly told me she couldn't remove it. I've gotten my arms waxed multiple times and never have been told that. I honestly just think it was the technician that I had..cause if I had Aja, it probably wouldn't have been so terrible.

My hair is just below shoulder length, and I only have a few gray hairs, so I usually color it to match my natural shade. They charged me for both a color and an "extra color", but I only got one color, so I'm not sure what the extra was for. On top of that, they added $50 just for a blowout. When I got home, I still noticed a few gray hairs that weren't covered, and I don't even have that many to begin with.

I told the lady I just needed them to be cleaned up a little and to keep the same shape. I wanted to cry when I looked at the damage she did. She completely changed the shape of my brows making them 2 uneven overly arched thin lines!!! I have cuts all along the sides of my brows and temples. When I pointed this out she said it looked fine and if I wanted more off she would take it off. There is nothing more to take off! I literally have no eyebrows. This is the worst threading experience of my life and I have been doing threading for over 20 years!!! It will take forever for them to grow back.
