My permanent eyeliner is healing up nicely and it looks very natural and soft. Not the harshness I have seen from other places when I researched it online, just clean, delicate liner that is super flattering and makes your daily routine easier. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout.
