I told her and my lash tech I'm not getting any messages about a deposit. As a service provider myself I have my clients make a deposit at the time of booking so l have no problems making a deposit. Every time I visit this location and she's not at the front desk I have no issues. One time when I arrived she was at the front desk with at least two other ladies and when I entered I saw her hush the other ladies. Weird. The last straw I make an appointment arrive and she tells me they called me and left messages to inform me that my lash tech is not there. I clearly asked for a natural tint, but it was applied too heavily and unevenly. When I tried to calmly speak up, I felt the attitude toward me changed and I was spoken to in a dismissive way. I even asked for another technician, but was told no even though someone else was available. Instead of resolving the issue, things escalated and police were called. I was asked to step outside and I complied, but I left feeling misunderstood and unfairly treated as a customer. It was my birthday, and I left feeling hurt instead of taken care of.
