The vibe was super chill and laid-back with really good service, making it a perfect place to go with friends and just enjoy some good food without feeling rushed. We used to live in Broward and moved almost 4 years ago so it was difficult to find a place to eat late since so much has changed when we recently visited SoFL. I had browsed the menu earlier in the evening as a possibility due to their vegetarian options and high rating. We arrived about 2 hours prior to them closing. It was not super busy but there were customers dining inside, as well as people picking up orders. I imagined it would be a fast food kind of concept but when inside, it appears much nicer. There were several televisions on with sports playing and they had a bar you could sit at or table options, both inside and outside. We sat at the bar and were greeted immediately and offered drinks. I ordered a wine and hubs ordered a beer. I ordered the Beyond Beef burger with sweet potato fries. In the meantime, I went to use the bathroom to wash my hands but the only bathroom available did not have soap. A staff member quickly came over and gave me soap right away. Great service! Our burgers came out at a reasonable time. They were tasty but I think my vegan burger was Impossible, not Beyond Beef. I can tell Impossible from other brands. I was not fond of that but it was still decent. The service was great and the food was good. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and looked brand new. Stopped by iBurger after a Miami Heat game. It was super late, but the place still had a little crowd, which is usually a good sign. Parking is all street parking and paid. Ordering is done on iPads, which I personally don't love--germs galore--please just take my order the old fashioned way. I grabbed a piña colada because...why not. For food, I went back and forth between a few burgers since I love onions, mushrooms, and bacon, but I ultimately landed on the Pit Fire with fries. The burger was pretty good, no complaints. Service was okay--nothing special, nothing bad. The heaux I was with liked her burger too, so that's a plus. The rest rooms were fairly clean too considering it was late night; appreciate that. iBurger seems to suffer the curse of the Miami cycle of success to failure. When the eatery first opened, it was exceptional. A much needed oasis in a desert of mediocrity. And, for a year it held up. Then it faltered and I reported as much. Waiting, I returned to find it was better, but not as good as when it first opened. I gave the burgers another chance today. My experience was not memorable. Burger was just ok. Not seasoned. Sloppily constructed with equally tasteless cheese. A lonely thin slice of tomato, it's only friend. On a positive, the bun was fresh. And, the side of (overly) salty fries was more than adequate. But dollar to dollar, you're better off going to McD's for their quarter pounder and save $10-11 dollars. Summary: not bad, just not great and certainly not worthy of its $18+ price tag. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! First time eating here last night 5/9/26 and I got food poisoning. They served me spoiled meat and I've have had horrible explosive diarrhea and runny stomach all day and it hasn't stopped yet. Took 3 tablets of Loperamide anti diarrheal medicine and still have a runny stomach and diarrhea. Went to bed at 1am finally from a break in the runny stomach and bowel movements only for my body to forcibly wake me up at 2:30am with explosive diarrhea again which lasted until 7am. I had to call the hospital in the middle of the night on guidance of how to handle that consistent amount of none stop diarrhea and concerned about getting severely dehydrated and almost had to call an ambulance to get a hydration iv because I wouldn't be able to drive myself to the hospital because I couldn't get my body to stop having diarrhea for long enough to even get to the hospital. Update Day 2*** It's now day two and I've still been having diarrhea off and on all day today and my body work me up again at 1:40am with diarrhea again that went on until 5am. I've had stomach pains all day and only felt like eating once today in that late afternoon and have been drinking hydration packets. Had to call out of work today. Update Day 3*** Work up this morning having diarrhea. Ate one very small meal of rice and fruit and immediately had diarrhea afterwards. Have only had two very small meals in the last 2 and a half days. I'm dehydrated and exhausted. Had to take work off again today. One extremely poor quality and extremely over priced burger has now cost me 48 hrs or more of food poisoning, two full days pay at work, kept me up at night two nights in a row costing me sleep, and $60 or more in hydration packets and other recovery supplies. Will never be eating here again. The food is extremely low quality, specifically the meat, and it's extremely over priced. Beware. DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

While craving a burger during a long day of sightseeing in Miami, I wanted a juicy burger! Did some searching online and iBurger seemed quite popular for some amazing burgers, therefore I just had to make the trek there! The location of iBurger seemed out of place especially since we were coming from the Wynnwood Walls, where it was so lively and had a great vibe. But if the burger was incredible as they say, it would be worth the journey to walk through snow! We get there and the service was great. Very friendly staff, and the waiter even addressed us as "hey friends", I know that's just a saying for him that he likely greets everyone with, but it was such a sweet touch to make us feel welcomed. He gave us menus that were in the form of iPads which I thought was very cool. It made scrolling and browsing so much simpler. Though I will say, a drawback and a turn off was to see all the fingerprints of other patrons on the screen. I'd recommend staff try to wipe down the iPads after each use. Otherwise, it's a bit gross, especially as you are dealing with burgers and fries that are greasy, wet and messy. The menu was massive, sooooo many options. My friends were shocked to see how many variations there were. After some time we settled on our order and it came out within a reasonable time. And the verdict is... drumroll.... it was a good burger but not the best burger of my life. Still good though! I got the pichana burger that had alfalfa sprouts and it was quite yummy. So many options but Hands Down iBurger brought the hammer down with the savory taste of their Burgers, Fries, and Onion Rings. Goishi at this location was an amazing server. We had NO wait time whatsoever (even though there were people there). No reservation yet we got seated right away. I highly recommend trying "The Classic" burger and also "The Cryer" burger. Fries are delicious, regular to sweet potato. The onion rings are a must have, presentation alone was very nice. Spent about $20-$30 a person and it was absolutely worth it. Stopped by Iburger and tried one of their burgers. It was... okay. Nothing to really write home about, but decent enough. The real issue was the service. Our waitress was honestly one of the worst I've encountered in a while. No "please," no "thank you," barely spoken word, not once did she check on us after dropping the food off. We were left sitting there waiting for the check long after we were done eating, completely ignored. Top 2 burger I've eaten in Miami! Their menu is MASSIVE, so they have something for everyone. They even have multiple vegan options. My go-to is the COP burger which includes grilled onions, mushrooms, and meunster cheese. My husband loves the giant burger with two patties. The sweet potato fries and truffle fries are both bomb, and the onion rings are served with a generous portion. Service is great and so fast. The food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. My server was Amy, and the experience was far from acceptable. We waited nearly 15 minutes before being greeted and placing my order. After that, it took about 50-60 minutes for 2 simple orders of burgers and fries to arrive. During this time, Amy never once checked on my table. We eventually had to flag down another server to get an update on my order, which was around 30-40 minutes after I initially ordered. When it came time for the check, We were presented with a bill for $37.49. However, after handing over my card, we noticed we were charged $44.24 instead. Amy had added an 18% gratuity without informing us. When we asked her about the discrepancy, she acted evasive and claimed the gratuity was automatically included. We didn't see any notice of this policy on the menu, walls, or doors. Even if gratuity is automatically added, it should have been reflected on the initial bill, not tacked on after the fact. The food was great, but the service needs improvement. Transparency and attentiveness go a long way, and unfortunately, both were lacking during this visit. Subpar service is enough to keep me away. First of all huge thanks to Diandra for setting up the "Yelp's Big Night In" to help support local restaurants during the 'Rona. Of course I was going to look for a burger, and mentioned as much to her. I found iBurger thru the UberEats app and gave them a shot. There was a slight delay with UberEats, and had the driver not shown up they were willing to bring me my order. That and the handwritten message on the bag are marks of 5-star service to me! The temperature was right, and the bacon crispy. As indicated by their name, they're a BURGER spot. But they don't have your plain boring patties; iBurger makes very creative and flavorful burgers. Take the C'est La Brie I enjoyed. Instead of plain cheese, they melt Brie cheese over a thick and juicy angus patty. Mix in some almonds and a dash of honey and I enjoyed dinner with a hint of dessert in a single course.
