Phenomenal! Great staff and food! Located inside the Intercontinental Miami. Easy access to the restaurant through thehotel lobby and I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

When dinner turns into a whole event... Miami edition. Toro Toro gave us the full show warm breads, bright guac, steaks sizzling like they came with their own soundtrack, and a La Bomba dessert that literally blew up into caramel chaos. Miami really does dinner with drama. Toro Toro Miami 100 Chopin Plaza, Miami, FL 33131 What We Ordered at Toro Toro: * Guacamole + Plantain Chips - Fresh, creamy, and those chips were dangerously crunchy. * Heirloom Tomato & Burrata - Soft burrata with sweet, juicy tomatoes. * Grilled Avocado - Smoky, herby, and stuffed beautifully. * 14oz Striploin (Medium Rare) - Juicy, buttery, perfectly cooked. * Cusco Chicken - Tender and packed with flavor. * Lomo Saltado - Saucy beef, crispy onions, comfort heaven. * La Bomba - Started elegant, ended like a dessert explosion crime scene. The drama we live for.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here, he picked this spot himself. We didn't realize the restaurant was actually located in the Intercontinental Hotel lobby, but it still had its own distinct vibe. It's slightly tucked away from the hotel's main hustle and bustle. The atmosphere: The space has a dark, wood-toned aesthetic that feels cozy and upscale. There's outdoor seating along the perimeter as well as plenty of indoor tables and a bar. The food: We started with complimentary cheese bread served with tomato salsa. I was skeptical at first because I'd never had that combination before, but it turned out to be fantastic. We also shared the Smoked Swordfish Dip, which ended up being our favorite dish of the night. It had just the right amount of spice and paired perfectly with the plantain chips. For our entrées, I ordered the Scallop and Pork Belly, while my partner went with the 12oz Wagyu Picanha. The scallops and pork belly were flavorful, but the glaze on the pork made the dish feel a bit too heavy. It came with 2 scallops and 3 pieces of pork belly; I think reversing that ratio would've made for a better balance. The Wagyu Picanha was tender and juicy, served with a side of chimichurri sauce. The steak itself was excellent, but the chimichurri had a burnt, bitter aftertaste that threw it off. At a market price of $95, it didn't quite feel worth it. The service: Everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive.

At toratora restaurant in Miami, it's my first time in this region. I'm heading out on a cruise ship tomorrow to Lima, Peru, through the Panama Canal. The drink is a bit light on the Grey Goose, but it has decent foam. The taste is okay--not the best, but I would probably have another one in a pinch.

I found a Miami Spice menu that is pure bomba. Find them inside of the iconic intercontinental hotel in Miami. The place is spacious which is refreshing because I feel like most places are pretty cramped these days. Our first drink was the AURUS ROYAL TINI definitely for the truffle lovers. This gorgeous COCONUT TUNA TIRADITO light with a bold and creamy fusion of leche de tigre and coconut milk. We then tried the lobster empanada that had a surprising cheese pull we were not expecting. The SHORT RIB AL CARBON was tender and fell apart. I didn't need a knife. The Cusco chicken was a beauty, with a squeeze of a lemon and creamy mashed potato, it makes for a well executed plate. But we had to finish with LA BOMBA! I did not know what to expect but it definitely took me by surprise. 3 huge scoops of ice cream and a gorgeous chocolate sphere.

This restaurant was located in the intercontinental hotel and it was okay. Sat at the seating area near the lobby and it took forever to get assistance from the waitress not sure if they even noticed we were there. Once the waitress made her way over we asked for menu's and placed our order as soon as she returned to avoid any delays. This restaurant has pretty basic things but with a more appealing twist to it. Ordered a beef empanadas and a cachapa which both were good but nothing out of the ordinary.

I went for a special birthday dinner. Service is impeccable. Food is amazing. We had the braised short rib arepas to start and then I had the Cusco Chicken. Every bite was delicious. The table next to us had the Wagyu Tomahawk and man was that a great show. Speaking of great show - La Bomba for dessert was so much fun. A chocolate ball filled with ice cream and fruit. What a great end to our celebratory dinner.

Toro Toro is located inside the Intercontinental hotel in downtown miami right next to bayside. If you're craving a great steak house, look no further. They have fine cuts of Churrasco, picanha, lomo, tomahawk...everything you can ask for! We started off with the Avocado grill, Asparagus, and the short rib and bone marrow arepas. yum! (Very filling btw) The Lomo's rice has a creamy coconut taste to it. I recommend this if you are feeling to try something different. It will be sure to please your taste buds! If you are used to the traditional dish- pass on this The filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The natural juices really came through with flavor. The lobster Mac and cheese was exactly what you would expect from a dish like this. The picanha was juicy, flavorful, and tender. A go to on their menu for sure. The rib eye was cooked to perfection and was filling. Their version of mashed potatoes were spot on! If you're looking to treat yourself to a nice meal, give it a try. feel free to go up to the upper pool deck to see the rooftop after your meal for nice pictures and a nice view. If you parked with Valet, make sure you validate your parking with the hostess for a discount ;)

I ordered red wine. They have a vast selection of wine. I ordered a Merlot. See pictures attached. I felt that the price was reasonable. Toro Toro was walking distance from where I was staying, so I did not have to park. There was amble seating. It did not take long for the server to take my order and bring the drink. However I did not mind because the ambiance was great. I loved the indoor lighting. I would definitely come back.

    Awesome Miami Spice menu!

Haven't been here for years as I moved away from Miami. My friends and I recently took the Brightline down for the day and did our Miami thing. We ended the day at Toro Toro and received excellent service from Suriel. Everyone enjoyed their meals, but we especially enjoyed the La Bomba dessert and can't wait to visit again! The food quality and service here has remained consistently good!

This place is amazing! This restaurant is in a hotel, but it's very easy to find as it's kinda in the lobby area. The restaurant is HUGE and I'm sure they can take parties of 10+ people. The food was super good. My group had a big appetite, so we ordered truffle fries, ceviche, and cocktails for appetizers. The ceviche was spicy and different to most ceviche I've tasted, but still yummy. I wasn't a fan of the chip it was served with because it was plantains chip (not my personal favorite). We wanted steak and wasn't sure where to start off so our host recommended this meat platter (I forgot what it's called). It serves 2 and comes with two sides. The best thing of the night was the truffle mac and cheese with lobster. I would recommend only ordering one of the meat platters cause that could feed 4 people easily. We sadly had to discard our food because our hotel room had no fridge! :( We were definitely sad we couldn't finish our food, but oh well. Also the free cheese bread in the beginning of the meal is SO GOOD. If you want great steak, great vibes, and is able to splurge (our bill was $$$) come here! I honestly thought it was worth every penny and I would definitely come back when I'm back in Miami!

Such a cool. I've on a Friday night. DJ spinnin the beats. Bar was packed at 9pm. We were able to snag a spot. We had apps. The guac and it came with pork rinds and plantains...yum. Such great flavor and depth. I live the jalapeno in the guac. We also did the empanadas and the chimchurri sauce was to die for! Don't skip this place!

    Delicious dessert!

She was super knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations as we decided what to order, and you can tell she really put effort into making sure the drinks were good. The drinks were really good! My only complaint is the price. Of course handcrafted cocktails are expensive, especially in Miami, but wow. The drinks were really small, and had so much ice that they ended up being not very many sips at all. They were definitely good, but the very small size for almost $20 a drink was kind of outrageous.

The bar was lit, poppin' and vibrant. We were waiting by the end of the counter where they checked out other patrons near the sitting area. We were overlooked many times... I locked eyes with one of the bartender and she completely looked away from me.. several times :( took about 15 minutes and we reached our arms out and flagged bartender Reilly. Her greeting and attention was genuine so I was happy to get her. Unfortunately, she got busy and we got the initial lady that ignored us. She was not kind, not attentive and didn't really want to help us - she was very fake. With that being said, we had to remind her of our drinks after 20 minutes of placing the order, in which she responded with an attitude "it's being made. We're busy" -_- -_- :( the attitude was not needed. We watched others that came in before us being served. :( I was completely annoyed and upset. She didn't even bring the drinks to us like the other bartenders were doing, she made us get it. Poor service from this one bartender while the others were happy and servicing their patrons. After our first drinks, I noticed she spoke to her colleague and he came over and asked if we wanted to close out.. . Wtf kicking us out? We said no and he opened a tab. When she noticed we were ordering more, she was a bit more attentive. So wrong. Luckily, the drinks were delicious. Perfect. We did end up coming back to the Lasseter and got a gentleman bartender that was so kind and attentive and made our drinks even better! The attention to detail and love he made in my drinks, so that is why I decided to make make this a 3 stars rather than two. He saved this place. The toilet sitting area is very warm, not very air conditioned properly so expect to be a little warm especially after a couple of sips. It's also the walkway to an actual big restrooms for the whole building. The drinks are VERY pricy but the setting is perfect and makes up for it. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. Disney priced drinks without the Disney customer service. Do I want to come back? Yes. Am I going to be picky with the vibes coming from the bartender and chose who to go to? Also yes. Hopefully, I can increase the rating.
