I went in on crutches because I couldn't bear any weight. In fact, it even hurt to use the crutches because every time the foot moved the pain would shoot up my leg and with my foot dangling, it was moving and painful and swelling worse. The front desk didn't care to help at all. She was cordial, but not helpful. Watched me suffer trying to get from point A to point B. (A wheelchair would've been extremely helpful!) Anyway after 30 minutes I got put in a room to wait another 45 minutes to see the PA or doctor, not sure which title she had, she was nice but in hindsight she absolutely dropped the ball. She sent me for x-ray which took another 30 minutes or so then I sat and waited. The whole time, my swelling was intensely painful! I'm not a doctor and had no idea that the swelling alone was causing the intense pain. Just keeping my foot dangling and no compression and no ice was not a very smart situation bc it was intensifying the compression on nerves and my foot had turned purple with no movement in the toes. The PA and nurse didn't seem to care as I waited for an hour for the x ray to be read. I was shut in a room this entire time with no communication as to what was taking so long. And sitting in a chair in extreme pain with no way to elevate or ice my foot. I finally got up to leave so I could just get home and get some ibuprofen for relief when they gave me the report on the way out the door. No apology no instructions no help whatsoever! I truly felt like I was not cared for at all here. I will never go back even though it is right by my house! I will make the drive to Integris urgent care 15 minutes away where they actually treat you like you are cared for and actually communicate and help you. Come to find out, leaving my foot dangling like I had for so long could've been bad due to the severe swelling and compression on the nerves. Luckily I got home and iced it and elevated and put a wrap on it to alleviate the swelling, but they should've been the ones to tell me that, and make sure I knew to do that to prevent nerve damage! Anyway, just a heads up... they weren't busy when I got there, but picked up a little after I entered the room and were definitely not staffed for the mediocre traffic that came through. As I stated before, I hate to post bad reviews, but the way I was treated definitely warrants one and I think others should be aware.

He doesn't get home until 7:00pm and most urgent cares close at 8:00pm. So we immediately went to the nearest one, which was this location, and arrived roughly at 7:10pm. As soon as we walk in, who I am assuming is the receptionist, is standing in the lobby and whips around and looks completely confused as to why we are there. I then asked if they were still open, and she goes to say "well yeah, until 7:30, have we seen you before?" I go "well if it's too late we can go somewhere else, but no you haven't seen us before" she goes on to walk into the back behind the counter obviously annoyed and slamming the door behind her. I then brought up once again if we need to go somewhere else we would. She then goes "well it's just like, I have an hour drive home" as if that is supposed to be my problem? If you cannot have any sympathy for someone who is not feeling well, don't work in healthcare. We happily went somewhere else, and they have taken great care of my boyfriend. I will never come back here. So sad to see how many bad apples are in the healthcare field nowadays.....

When speaking to the secretary she stated that a bill had been sent each month for the past 6 months and I had been contacted by phone as well. It's hard to believe that 6 or 7 bills were lost in the mail when they had the correct address on file and that my voicemail never captured any messages from them. If honesty in billing is important to you then take your business elsewhere.

When the nurse took us back, she put us in a surgery waiting room and two hours later-still waiting and never checked on, we hear others, that came in after us-being checked on, the anesthesiologist and doctors discussing the procedures with them and taking them back. They were so over booked, but yet the others waiting were all being checked on, while we were forgotten about. Our daughter is 6, she has had tubes in her ears and a T&A and we were never treated that way. We ended up leaving. We did not trust our child's care, to medical professionals who left us in a room for two hours, did not check on us and saw every other person who had checked in after we did. I do not recommend their facility, not for a child and especially not for any special needs child.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service provided. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces, which immediately put us at ease. I was able to make an appointment online via Solv App and they were ready to take us back when we arrived. The facility itself is bright, colorful, and inviting. The waiting area is clean and well-organized, with comfortable seating, not that we spent much time there. What really stood out to me was the quality of care we received. The pediatrician and nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. They were also very thorough in their examinations and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. One thing that really impressed me was the level of communication and follow-up care provided. The pediatrician made sure to give us clear instructions on how to care for our child at home, as well as follow-up instructions for our regular pediatrician. I NEVER saw…read morethis doctor but she lists herself on my insurance and paperwork stating SHE spent X amount of time with me when really it was a PA who saw me not her. I would not recommend this place at all. The staff are disorganized for the most part rude and abrasive. When you check in they have a sign up stating you can obtain a flu shot, so I asked for it to be done and the girl said she would run my insurance and have whoever took me back to the doctors office take care of me. That never happened. The only person who did a full intake on me was very nice and thorough but rushed. The moment she was done with paperwork she was walking out of the door and said someone would be in to show me how to use the at home device. Mmmk. A staff member came in and was rushed and pushy. She put a bunch of other paperwork in front of me and said I had to sign paperwork stating I would pay $4,000 in case I didn't return the equipment. She also had me put my credit card number down which I did not appreciate one bit as I had everything covered by my insurance so I had no reason to give up my cc info to a place I've never been before. I was pressured to sign this before she would even explain how it worked or allow me to fill out my other paperwork. I wasn't even allowed to sign the privacy policy until I sign the payment info which I was later told is shredded after the equipment is returned but who knows. She just said my cc would be charged $4,000 if this equipment wasn't returned at a specific time. After she did a very quick demo for me and rushed me out of the room. I asked about my flu shot and when I was going to be notified about the data and she was rushed and just said "I don't know and you'll hear from us" and showed me the door. I asked the first girl I spoke to about the flu shot and she spoke to the woman who walked me out and they were both pretty clueless. The other staff said it wasn't something they do anymore. I explained if that was the case, they should remove the sign from the check-in window as it misleads their patients. The sleep study I attempted to do I was told was completely optional for me by the referring doctor, yet I was told over and over by this staff how I needed to do it. I wasn't able to do it anyhow because the equipment given to me actually obstructed my breathing! Go figure. I returned the equipment with no data since I couldn't use it and asked what exactly they would be billing my insurance for since the only thing they did was an office visit and staff had "no clue" as they put it. I made them give me a receipt because I just didn't trust them at all. I looked up the cost of the device they claimed would cost me $4,000 and it's only worth $250 lol. They also spammed my email about 10x within 24hrs. I got a call from the only person who did my intake and I actually liked and she gave me this attitude about having to note my chart to my doctor and I explained this was optional and I didn't do it because the equipment didn't allow me to breathe properly out of my nose and I don't breathe out of my mouth, especially when I sleep (as most people with sleep apnea do, and I don't have sleep apnea lol). My overall experience was a waste of my time and I just got the sense they had no understanding on how to deal with patients. It's sad that I ended up here solely by a referral from a doctor I really like but because of this I have less faith in. I will be sticking to my hospitals clinics only from now on. Regardless of referrals. I'm not sure why this sleep study clinic is attached to this doctors office because the way the sign lists it makes you believe it's two locations but it's not and I never saw this doctor. I also noted in billing they never listed specifically why they billed my insurance for the amount they did, but regardless they are very poorly operated and I'm writing this review to allow other Yelp members to avoid having to deal with what I went through. Even my fiancé said the place seemed like a real scam. He's been to a sleep study doctor and this isn't anything like a real sleep study clinic.

Bringing my doc up to five stars, due to the recent addition of a new doctor to the practice. After…read morefeeling sick for a few days, I called this morning to make an appointment. Lately it has gotten harder to get in on short notice, but I called at 9 am this morning and they got me in at 10 am, as long as I didn't mind seeing the new doc, Dr. Cail. I was in and out in less than an hour, and the new doctor is really great. He is friendly, funny, and explains everything very throughly. I left with an Rx for a Z-pack, some over the counter orders, and a directive to call back if I wasn't feeling much better by Friday. I'm happy to see this doctor anytime, and I think he will greatly improve this practice's ability to take care of their patients.
