The ID that was on the screen I saw and there was no change in my looks on the ID, so I had to leave and bleed all over my friend's car because those who say Icare really don't care. They defiantly need to change this policy or the name to ID care only even if they have your ID on file because if they cared since it was emergency they could have stitched me up unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place if you have an emergency if you're bleeding and don't have your identification on you. Do yourself a favor and go to the ER you wait a little longer and use the ID they have on file. Thank you, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center my trip from the Icare to the ER was longer than my wait.

The doctor on duty was not very empathic to the condition of my friend. I don't recall her name but she was a tall blonde thin doctor. She was very unprofessional. The doctor came in to tell us no flu or covid which we were thankful for but did not actually tell us what was wrong. Never sent him for further testing or if necessary. Sent us home with no paperwork or explanation of his diagnosis. Only a prescription for a steroid (which is questionable by google) and ibuprofen. We were very unhappy with this experience.

After the forms, I paid what I thought was my copay, ended up being short actually. I went back and waited to see the doctor on call and then headed to the X-ray area. Returned to the room and waited again. What really would have cost me about $2.50 in OTC medicine ended up being $65 total. I knew I busted up my knee, but because of work demanding an excuse, I wasted more money than I should have. Remember that copay I mentioned earlier, well I get a bill in the mail for $5 because they didn't charge me the full amount. I then ended up getting another bill in the mail for $40. You know what I found out after all this and what will probably cause me to go elsewhere in the future? Conemaugh Memorial is now a for profit medical center. They were bought out by Duke LifePoint. So no wonder I paid more than I should have.

I know what is wrong with me and I know what medication works for me. she insisted on doing a Covid flu swab even though I have NO symptoms of that. however I allowed it because she said otherwise I couldn't be treated. when that came back negative she wouldn't prescribe augmentin which is the only thing that works for my sinus infections, stating that they had been flagged for writing too many antibiotic prescriptions. HOW ISTHAT MY FAULT? when I told her amoxicillin doesn't work for me she then stated she didn't think I had an infection at all. then WHY BOTHER SWABBING ME AND WRITING A PRESCRIPTION FOR AMOXICILLIN? she got very condescending and talked down to me. We were told by the park ranger to go here. When we got here, there were two people standing at the front desk. There was a sign that said, "please wait here to get checked in." We sat there for about 10 minutes and no movement. We asked the people in line how long they had been standing there. They said they've been waiting for 40 minutes with no interaction with staff. Seriously? That is ridiculous. We ended up leaving and drove to the Garrett medical center and we were in and out with an X-ray in about 2 hours. I'm sure those two people were still waiting to be seen. This is how you help people? I don't think so.

The staff mentioned they don't have a CT scan, but said that was okay and still checked me in and charged me $100. I then waited for over two hours before being called back. When I finally saw the doctor, I was cut off mid-explanation and told that they don't test for concussions at all and that I would need to go to the ER instead. This should have been communicated before charging me and making me wait for hours. It felt like a complete waste of time and money, especially when dealing with a potential head injury. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend coming here for anything concussion-related.

Dr. Bull is awesome; he has a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. I left feeling better because I was able to gain peace of mind. I just had to pay a copay for my visit, which was great. The doc took xrays and I was informed that they are a $40 flat fee (per set)...seems incredibly reasonable for those with and without insurance.
