UPDATE 5/16/2023: I was finally able to speak with an office manager a week and a half later, every time I called I was told she was not in. After speaking with her she apologized and offered me my copay back. In lieu of getting my copay back I told her that I would not file my complaint with my health insurance company. She mentioned that she saw this review and asked that I consider removing it. I cannot remove this feedback as it was an honest review of how I was treated by the staff. I hope that in her communication with the staff she considers requiring additional training for ALL staff. I was at this facility in January, no issue so not sure if someone was having a bad day BUT they should have stayed home. But in looking at other reviews (which I had not read before) it looks like there needs to be some kind of change. This WAS my go to urgent care place, sadly I will need to find another one because I will not go back. If I could give ZERO I would......... I was actually kicked out. Still trying to figure out how things escalated to where they were for no reason. Came for ONE thing at the request of surgeon's office, never got that service but wanted to test me for covid when I had told them that was not the issues. I had recently had surgery, chest pain and hard to breath...... dr office wanted xray to make sure I didnt have pneumonia. Suddenly I am accused of attacking staff in the office........ I have video..... still dealing with this and what my next steps will be. And told them they need to give me back my copay since they did not provide a service. read more

Went in at the end of the night and they couldn't have been more kind. The staff was great when I had to return this AM for follow up. I don't love the bldg. and they don't open til 10am, but the parking is easy and truly, everyone I encountered was great- highly recommend. read more

Pretty fast for an Urgent Care. Doctor didn't really listen to me, felt like that was a waste of time. But did confirm that I wasn't going to die in the next 24 hours so that was good. Bit of a dog and pony show with trying to push extra tests (pregnancy tests, Etc) that are totally unnecessary but money makers for them. read more

Typical urgent care. The new facility is nice. Clean which is important. Colorful decor. The staff at the counter are ok. I would prefer a detailed print out with diagnosis and follow up details since usually people coming in for an emergency cant keep track of everything themselves due to the emergency; a competitor already does this. read more

I drive 40 minutes to come here - passing several other urgent facilities. They are friendly and helpful. The greatest part was that they sent X-rays and blood work to our primary doctor so I had info for follow up appointments. I've had to come here twice in 4 months. My first trip to the EmergiCenter was when my son dislocated his shoulder, since then my family of boys has been seen for numerous sports injuries each resulting with referrals to next step care and highly qualified doctors and/or surgeons. They've saved my husband from excruciating kidney stone pain and were able to easily admit him to a hospital for more intervention when one was too large to pass. And I got my turn too with a busted up wrist. Not only was Dr. Fedewa thorough with her examination, she was funny. I appreciated her calm, cool demeanor. I have gone to this urgent care for a couple years now. I take my children and use it myself. Every time I have come in the staff is always very helpful and I hardly ever have to wait. It is always clean they are able to do lab work and X-rays on the spot. They are great with follow up and even do sports physicals for the kids. Recommend this urgent care to everyone. read more

Best Urgent care facility in the area! When you walk through the door, you enter a CLEAN and bright building, and you think "is this the right place?". You are immediately greeted by a friendly and professional staff member. The waiting area is spacious, with TV provided to help pass the time. The chairs in the waiting are are a little grungy but not so bad that you feel uneasy sitting in them (this is my ONLY negative observation). Once you are called back into the doctor's area, the care and treatment continues to be phenomenal. Everybody there takes pride in their business and treats patients how they would like their family to be treated. The doctor is thorough, efficient, and personable. The nurse is calming, efficient and also personable. I would make this team of professionals my Primary Care Managers if it were possible. It's a little further than south or west Lansing urgent care facilities but well worth the drive and a completely different experience than what you are used to. read more
