Sometimes though the notifications don't go through and I have to call and ask. I always choose 'talk to a pharmacy staff member' instead of 'check your prescription' when I call them because it sends you to an automated service with the latter. I've had trouble with it in the past where it would say my prescription is ready when it actually isn't. The pharmacy staff member can give you the definite answer though. Overall it's a decent place and have gotten various vaccines there. Would recommend.

Annie, the pharmacist, was extremely helpful (and very patient) in figuring out what supplies could be available for my cat's diabetic needs. The staff manning the pickup stations offer friendly and efficient customer service. Tyler gives his efficient customer service with a sense of humor and is good with snappy comebacks which makes the interaction entertaining. Having such positive experiences with this pharmacy helps to alleviate some of the stress from dealing with health issues and having to take unwanted but necessary drugs.

When my child's physician requested a list of medications covered by insurance, the pharmacy said they would message back the doctor and never sent the message. I had to wait 2 days for prescription to be filled, got a call that it was ready and came back to pick it up and was told they were out of the medication and that it would be ordered and available the next day. Many problems here, and glad this isn't a life saving medication or we would be in a serious problem. Please get your protocols in place and make customer service a higher priority. After this experience I will use another location in the future.

She was able to get her flu shot and Covid booster without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon which was great. I wish they opened earlier than 10am and their lines were more clearly marked. It's not usually an issue since I go on weekdays when no one is there but if there are people, sometimes a crowd can build with no clear system of who's next. Overall great service!
