So this rude person continued to interrupt me until I finally had enough and I ended up hanging up on her! And I was so mad I forgot to ask her for her name! Walgreens simply refused to fill it, but didn't tell us for a day while our daughter continued to suffer. We were referred to A&O, and found out they are only in Salinas and their SJ location is closed. My wife spoke to Mariam, a saint, who agreed to bring the prescription with her home and meet my wife in SJ the same day so we could get the medication to our daughter. I've never received service like this from a pharmacy, it was unbelievable. We are so grateful as the rinse almost instantly made our daughter's mouth feel better. It is not a surcharge it is a 9.25% Sales that that State of CA charges on medications for pets which businesses are required to collect. So if anything complain to the State of CA not the pharmacy.

I was introduced to Frank's because of a specific medication that was out of stock at my usually store, and I had to call around for hours to find a pharmacy that carried it. The last store hadn't told me they were out of stock, but instead told me there would be a delay and told me my important Rx was out of stock on the day it was supposed to be ready. By the time I found Frank's, I was anxious and frustrated, so it was a breath of fresh air to be met with a kind and helpful voice on the other end of the call. Frank's Pharmacy also has lots of cute gift items too, so it is a nice place to walk into.

Jason is always cheerful and super efficient. I do have to say there is pharmacist that really spoils the experience at Frank's and her name is Hanna. Hanna is never helpful, and many times is a real pain. Recently I asked her to help me prepare for an upcoming trip and gave her my meds list. The next day I called her back to check how my request was coming along. She told me my insurance was not likely to authorize my vacation order until the last minute. Not wanting to cut it close, I asked her to tell me how much the cost would be so I could just pay out of pocket. She was too busy to help, and if you can believe it, actually said, "Don't call us, we'll call you." And then true to form she never called me back. Without Hanna, Franks would be a solid 5 star Yelp. There is a happy ending to my story thanks to Jason. I called days later and talked to pharmacist Jason. He was happy to help. As always. Always willing to go out if they way to look things up and rerun prescriptions and drug discount cards. They call to verify things and to check on you. They know my name on sight ... even ask about me when my husband goes without me. They remember little things about my life and make conversation.
