I called to book the appointment for my partner and I as he has never had one and let them know I had the cards, they made the appointments and we got excited. I quickly got a call back saying that I would need to pay for two 60 or 90 minute massages to honor those cards...uhm, what lol. No where on the cards do I say I need to pay for an additional service. Misleading and disappointing.
