I met Eric 2 years ago when I moved to Denver and was looking for a massage therapist. It became apparent after the first session that he knew what he was doing. I have been getting a deep tissue massage about once a month from Eric, and highly recommend him. He knows just how to find those trouble spots that are ailing you, and just the right amount of pressure to resolve the issue. Eric takes time to check in before, during, and after the treatment to make sure issues are being addressed. He also has a great music play list that is different from the usual Zen repertoire, but not distracting either. Once again I had a wonderful 90 minute massage from Eric last night! He really understands the body and knows just how to find and work out all the tightness in your muscles. Eric and his amazing hands were everything that my sore and tired legs needed. The deep pressure and cupping were amazing. I left very relaxed and felt even better the next day. This practice lives up to its name. Erik has a spectacular handle on deep tissue work and will target each and every muscle possible, thoroughly, in the amount of time you choose for your appointment. This is REAL deep tissue work, which means that if you are looking for a full body massage, you must book at least 90 min if not 2 hours. As a massage therapist myself, I highly recommend Erik! Found Eric at his previous location and was so happy to find he had opened a new shop.
