I've developed a working relationship with Becky who is their most experienced therapist. She is very good at her job but her schedule can get full. There are several there who are completely capable as well as a cadre of capable assistants. If you're willing to put in the work they will help you there. They have a clean facility and sanitize everything throughout the day. Masks are required by the state so be prepared for that. It's not optimum but it is what it is.

They are so kind and thorough and excellent at what they did and do. I never felt an ounce of pain with my last root canal and I just can't tell you how great they are. It's like you walk in to family and they have the best rates and the best technology. There's many sunrise dental's if you live by Arlington definitely try and use their location because it's just like coming to your home and I never feel pain before or after or during my procedure they make sure that you were always as comfortable as possible. Their office staff is amazing. They are on it they know exactly how much you've left on insurance how much you have to pay out of pocket everything is literally talk to you immediately before the procedure so there's no surprises!! ..........! also they'll text you and you can text them right back they really go out of their way to give superior service and Dr. T they don't get better than him. They have done an incredible amount of tests to determine what is ailing me. They saved my life. I had a doctor who shall remain nameless, but is from Anacortes Wa who wouldn't help me get oxygen when I got out of the hospital. Thank God for UGH/peace health professionals. I contacted them and they loaned me 2 big bottles and the tubing etc. Not many hospitals would do that. Like I said, amazing!

I am very displeased with the care that my dad received on January 30th and 31st of this year. He…read morewent in with a cough and had a hard time breathing. They did some tests and told us that he had RSV and that it was treatable and he would more than likely go home that night. He was being treated in a bed in the hallway and was sharing time on the monitors with another patient, so the staff was not continually monitoring him. I feel like they underestimated the severity of his condition and did not give him the attention that he needed because they were understaffed and too busy. Within 3-4 hours of being diagnosed with RSV and not doing anything to help or treat his symptoms, my dad went into cardiac arrest and died. The doctor admitted to us at the time of his death that they exhausted all of their resources of epinephrin and could not save him. I feel like they missed the signs of what was coming and are too blame for his death. I will never agree to be taken to United General, for any reason, if I were to have a medical emergency. I feel like this place should be shut down if they can't provide proper care and have enough staff/ equipment/drugs.
