Today is January 10. I ordered one bacon/egg/cheese and one sausage/egg/cheese taco. Although each of them had a slight meat taste, they were absolutely horrible. The contents appeared to have been put in a blender and poured into a rectangular mold before being wrapped in a tortilla. No bacon strips. No chunks of sausage. No shredded cheese. I think they were created by some kind of taco machine. In addition to the nasty texture, they were both cold in the middle. If you want good breakfast tacos, go somewhere other than Lindale Donuts. I hope they do well in their business venture but they will need to do better to accomplish this.

Part of me wishes that it was possible to hold the sandwich and eat it like a traditional ice cream sandwich, but I'm not complaining about all the ice cream they serve with it. The in house cookies are definitely great and compliment the ice cream well by being warm. I'm not sure where the truck goes, but I will definitely find my way back to have another bite of ice cream!
