We got the sausage on a bun, chicken sandwich, and chopped brisket. All were beyond good. The bbq sauce was amazing. Chicken was cooked perfectly, and was so moist. Part of me wishes that it was possible to hold the sandwich and eat it like a traditional ice cream sandwich, but I'm not complaining about all the ice cream they serve with it. The in house cookies are definitely great and compliment the ice cream well by being warm. I'm not sure where the truck goes, but I will definitely find my way back to have another bite of ice cream!
