Service: the managers were very rude about me asking for water for my service dog. They were also very rude trying to tell me I had to sit outside with my service dog. They were very rude and even messed up the order. Should really educate your employees about actual laws regarding service animals. Everyone start checking your food for freshness!!You guys only have one job which is to make food fresh especially if im going to wait 10 min or more waiting on my food assuming its because its fresh. I came from Kansas to plan a baby shower for my sister. Past couple days Ive been craving chicken strips. You guys did nothing bit disappoint me to never giving u my money again. 23 for cold nasty food. Over cooked, left out to long. Do you guys have no care or respect for others. Y'all just suck along with Wendy's and burger king. Rarely do leave negative reviews but this isn't the 1st time you guys messed up, failed by wasting my money giving you guys a second try. If I could give a negative star for this Dairy Queen I would. I don't usually take the time to write an unsatisfactory review, but when it's your favorite ice cream place and you leave truly disappointed, I do. My husband and I both ordered a LARGE cream cone, but mine was dipped. It literally didn't even reach the edge of the top of the cone. I asked the guy if that's a large and he gave me a DUH look and said yes. I included a picture with this review of the cone and will include a picture of the size of cone our normal DQ always gives. Stopped by for lunch while passing thru on Sunday. Companion & I both had the 4 piece steak finger basket. Steak fingers were large, and all the food was good. We couldn't finish our food, so asked for a to go box for leftovers. I got a small brownie something? blizzard to go. It was excellent. Service was AMAZING!! This is the best dairy queen I have ever been to. I go here every week because I work in Chandler. The Hunger Buster burger is almost always amazing! For nearly a month now, I can get a regular Hunger Buster combo with cheese for just $7.13 after tax!! That's a deal nowadays because other places it costs $8+ for a simple burger combo. If you call in an order they don't make it until you get there " so it will be fresh for you " ... and when I used to go get ice cream at 9 pm they would tell me they've already cleaned the machine for the night , and their sweet tea taste like cough medicine and it takes forever to get your food read more

Needed to stop on my travels and wake up. What better sugar rush than one you get from a blizzard. This was much more satisfying than caffeine from coffee cold or hot. Dinging one star because the bathroom needed cleaning. Once I reported it, it was addressed immediately. Love me some blizzard, whether sleepy or wide awake. read more

Stopped in on a road trip. I stop here regularly on my lengthy commutes and this particular DQ is usually great. Today I asked for extra hot fudge on a parfait. It took a long time to get my ice cream and it came with hardly any hot fudge and no middle layer at all. I asked the clerk if he charged me for extra hot fudge. He took the ice cream back to the girl who had made it. The girl gave me a dirty look, set the ice cream down and filled orders for TWO cars at the drive through while I waited. Finally, with a nasty smirk directed my way, she topped the now melted, soppy ice cream mess with more hot fudge. Now I know it's just ice cream, but it's being treated like I'm a demanding customer when I only wanted what I ordered and paid for and I was polite in every interaction. Why go out of your way to intimidate paying customers for simply wanting what was ordered? I'm never going there again! read more

We went here last week for taco Tuesday and I've gotta say this is the best DQ that we've ever been in. It was very clean. Bathrooms were above average. Service from all the employees was excellent. Those little ol' ladies even walked around asking folks at the tables if everything was ok. That's unheard of in a fast food place! The tacos here were wonderful. They use bigger taco shells than most of the others. You get your moneys worth here. Nice parking lot and just an overall terrific place to eat. I live in Whitehouse and the one we have here is horrible. It's sad because we love DQ. Folks in Chandler, keep up the great food and service. We WILL be back to see you!!! Thank you! read more

Well, another poor performance tonight. We love DQ, but why does it take sooooo long to get our order. More than fifteen minutes for the family and there was about 10 minutes between the first plate to the last. The National Drink of Texas was out at the self service again, the second famous drink choice is Sweet Tea, nothing out front. I ordered extra toast but didn't get it until I asked for it. Went through drive thru. Staff not as friendly as other DQs I've frequented. It was 7:30pm and I ordered a family chicken and dumplings. Told they were out for the day. They refused to heat another batch as I waited because they said didn't want to throw out leftovers. They didn't close for 2 1/2 more hours. Very upsetting because getting it for sick family member. My daughter had sent me a Dairy Queen gift card for Christmas. I'm retired in a fixed income, so eating out is a rare luxury. I went to DQ yesterday for lunch and ordered a six piece chicken basket. I went inside the restaurant to place my order. The order came out very fast and I even mentioned this to the employee at the counter. She said " he must have been listening over my shoulder ". I drove a short distance and stopped at a roadside picnic area to eat my lunch. The French fries were cold. The chicken was also cold and there were only four pieces. What's very strange is the cup of gravy was warm. I'm sure now I received someone's mistaken or cancelled order. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone. It looks like they recently repainted the parking lot. Nice location, kind of in the middle of nowhere, but has a Tyler zip code & address. They were pretty busy when I came by, just for a Blizzard (the Oreo Royal). But the staff were pretty friendly & helpful. I don't think I used the restroom facilities, so I don't know if they have multiple stalls or just one-seaters. But this location is good & very much needed. read more
