I have to give Pizza Pro Lake Palestine 5 stars not only for the exceptionally friendly service on the phone and in person, but also for having way better pizza than Pizza Hut or Domino's, for the extensive menu they have with so many items that are more than just pizza, the freshness of the ingredients, the yummy pizza crust, the value and quantity of the food, and the delicious dessert they offer! I'm going to have to try everything on the menu because everything we have gotten so far has been exactly as ordered and high on the yum scale! So glad we found this place!! read more

I ordered a pizza from the named establishment before i received my pizza i was told that i would have too order at least thirty dollars worth of food for a $14.99 pizza. So i agreed to there terms , when i finally recieved my pizza it was wrong , I have had cancer ( stage four ) and when i opened the box it had jalapenos all over the whole pizza. It was supposed to be a cheesebuger pizza . So i called and told them there mistake, to which they said that they would bring me another pizza and this was @ 8:30 when i called and told them there mistake to which they replied that they would bring me another pizza but it would cost me another $8.00 . politely i told them never mind. i have been ordering from them for several years but i will never use them again. read more

We've only ordered delivery, so I don't know if they have seating at all. The pizzas are amazing, with lots of different toppings and styles of crusts. The servers are friendly, and so is our delivery person. They also have cooked dishes, hot wings and sandwiches. Great place! read more

We were able to enjoy Pizza Pro weekend while staycation_ing near Lake Palestine. While we put every effort into catching our dinner, it was a great alternative for dinner. Had their pizza this weekend.....it was quite good! I go to the one in 'downtown' Chandler quite often, but this one has cuter decorum than that one. 'Sit down' restaurants are hard to find in small towns, and considering how much out in 'the boondocks' this one is, they've tried to make it warm and inviting inside.....kudos in that regard. I think I may switch and start going to this one more often. read more

The Manager Chris is rude and unprofessional. He was on his phone half the time and barely helped me nor answering questions that i had. What a lovely surprise! We were exploring the area and hungry, so checked out Yelp for ideas. PizzaPro looks like a little hole-in-the-wall, but the food was great. We each had a toasted sub with side salad. SUPER fresh bread and salad, with yummy toppings and friendly service. Restaurant is small but very clean and pleasant. Recommend! read more

Been a long time since I've ordered from here (Lake Palestine location), now I remember why. We were told it would be 45 mins for delivery, no problem. We got our pizzas in about 25 mins, we were like yea!, until we started eating. The center part of the pizzas were raw!!! Disgusting !! They were so soggy and over loaded with onions. I wish they would've taken the 45 mins :( Won't order from there again. read more

I ordered delivery from here. The woman on the phone was courteous and helpful. I placed my order and in a couple minutes received a call letting me know part of my order was not available. I was very happy they promptly called me and helped me decide an alternative. Very polite. Order was delivered quickly and a nice young man gave service with a smile. Food was great for price. This place irritated the fire out of me last night !! We were a walk in order , we ordered our usual supreme pizza with one half no olives or mushrooms , not a hard order ,we get home to open our pizza to find our order completely wrong , we got a half supreme pizza and a half pepperoni ! The entire pizza was covered in mushrooms , ok no biggy we can pick them off one side. Only to discover our pizza was still RAW!!!! Huge issue. So I called to talk to a manager , only to be asked "what do you want me to do about it ? Well after driving BACK into town , we walk in only to be met with a rude worker , telling us it's our fault our order is wrong , and as far as our pizza being raw they could pop it back in the over for a second ( which we could do ourselfs at home but with it being out of temp for so long ugh no thank you ! ) then to be told we would have to pay for a new pizza ! So 24.99$ pizza was thrown immediately in the trash and we won't be back. Thank god for Taco Bell in chandler ! read more

Great food!..... Have many more options than the pizza pro in chandler.... my favorite is the garlic Parmesan wings!

Food is never prepared the same way twice.Pizza is not good. Frozen pizza from grocery store better.
