Josiah helped us pick out an appropriate tub and even came to our house prior to purchase to ensure it would work where we were trying to place it. They were absolutely not high pressure and it took us a few months to actually decide. Josiah would text occasionally to update us on specials but that was it. After installation, if I have had any questions on maintenance, I just call and Josiah immediately answers and patiently walks me through solutions. What a relief. After all, we wanted the hot tub to help us relax and wind down not to have additional responsibility in maintaining. They have made it extremely easy. I've had a lot of so-so to acceptable but no one really stellar. Jennifer is very competent and her room is well decorated. I've only had two massages with her so far and frankly it does take a few massages while the therapist and client learn about each other and get comfortable. Interestingly enough while I was trying to find a replacement for my 37 year retired therapist I went to a highly recommended by two different Physical Therapists and found that one was expensive but more importantly not all that good. Jennifer seems to know her craft and is pleasant to talk to.

Waited all day and called to find he forgot to put it in the computer? They came the following week and put together a parts list. 2 months later parts came in and scheduled the repair. I'm waiting the morning of the repair and Abraham calls to cancel because it's too cold? He said the temp has to be above 50 degrees for the PVC cement to set. All weather PVC cement will set down to -15 degrees Fahrenheit. I told them to get the right material for the right situation and don't make me waste another day on this, going on 3 months now. The tech does eventually show up, but still uses the wrong cement even after I asked him point blank to use "all weather". Spa's still leaking. Total incompetence. Thanks Abraham

And the front desk person says "Well, I didn't put the hold, and I don't know why it is on hold" and didn't let me in a tanning session even though I paid for the month and signed every paper they put in front of me. I received my injections and no bruising afterwards! The nurse was very professional and the owner of the company Jayme Sat down with me to tell me more about the facility and the services.
