I felt I had no choice, I paid and am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

When we got the cart back and I rolled the enclosure down among other things the rear cover is not cut to fit over the trunk. The plastic part of the rear enclosure blurs the rear camera and approx. 12" on each side is to short to meet and zip to the side pannels. When I discovered this I went over to talk with Judy. When I told here about this her response was "Don't you worry about this, we are going to make it right, wee will take care of this" Later that day one of the mechanics took measurements. Approx a week later I asked about the status. Defensively Judy said they have sent the lady that makes thes covers an email but hasn't heard back. Given the change in tone of in her voice I will be curious to see how this shakes out. Stay tuned.

I replaced all too common FWD and REV switch for $14 and the cart works perfect. they are scammers and will try to take advantage of you!! I wish I could upload the quote....

Unfortunately we only had 15 minutes to shop as the store closed at 2 pm not 3pm as stated on their Yelp page. Therefore I shot an update to Yelp quickly to update. Once inside the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the golf carts. Truthfully most of the information went over my head when it came to the battery life. I just look for seats that will be comfortable. There was one in a Teal green that was redone with beautiful quilted seats. I am assuming leather but maybe not to take all that direct sunlight without fading. Beautiful selections but price's definitely reflect it. $$$$$

With my wife newly taking up the sport, it made sense. Unfortunately due to COVID, inventories of used carts are very low. We arrived at a time when there seemed to be at least 10 others in the showroom and not enough staff to assist everyone. The receptionist was very nice and apologized, but asked us to be patient. Shortly aftewards, Mac Andrews, the owner, sat down with us to discuss our options. We found a very nice E-Z Go cart which was in excellent condition. It didn't take very long, but we made the deal right there. This is a family owned business and Mac's son Ben would be the person listed as the head of sales. We took the cart for a quick test drive through the parking lot and fell in love immediately. As a family owned business, they work extra hard for customer satisfaction. Mac asked if we wouldn't mind letting them work on polishing the cart, adding new batteries and all new tires before delivering to our door. One week later, we now have a great cart. Bruce is the person who works with Mac and Ben who delivered the cart and went over every detail from upkeep to standard maintenance. They offer a $99 package to do a full annual check up after 1 year. We'll definitely take them up on it. Great job!!

I spoke with Zaxby and we…read moreworked out a plan and the cart was delivered to my rental unit in Beaufort in less than 11/2 hours. The cart came clean and very well taken care of. It has to be plugged in at night so they brought the battery charger and even stopped and bought a new extension cord. The battery wasn't fully charged but charged enough to get 4 of us around until we finished for the day. I highly recommend renting your cart from Sea Island. I rented one in the past from a place downtown Beaufort a few years ago and it was junk. I had the opposite with this company. It did not have a good charge when we picked it up; one trip from the north to the south end of the island took over half the battery. It had to charge constantly. No way to see or hear if the manual-cancel turn signals were on or not. When I was buckled into the wildly uncomfortable seat belt, I could not reach the console or my phone. A four-seat cart was over $100 a day in non-peak late April.
