I went there and they researched tires for my Bike and gave me a price on two tires for $646.45. Most money I have ever spent on motorcycle tires. But apparently, my bike has an odd rear tire size, so I agreed. Prior to ordering the tires they asked me to pay up front for the tires which is totally understandable. So I went by there to pay and schedule an appointment time to install the tires when they arrived. On my bill it is clearly $436.87 for the tires. So I paid for the tires with my credit card. Later, that evening I looked at my receipt and saw that I was not charged the above stated amount - I was charged $454.13. There was an additional charge of $17.26 because I used my credit card. Now, I understand that there is a service charge to the vendor when they accept a credit card payment. Hey, that is "THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS"! But what really bothers me is that I was never informed about the added charge prior to using my card. Had I been told about the charge I would have stopped by the ATM on my way to Cycle Ward and paid in cash. I WAS NEVER TOLD ANYTHING! The next day (Saturday) I called to discuss the issue but they were closed so I sent them an email. They responded to the email on Monday simply stating that that was there credit card policy and they stated that there was a sign on the desk stating the policy. Gee, my Bad. I should have perused the office and desk closely to check for their billing practices. Silly of me for thinking that they would verbally disclose their policy to me and give me the chance to pay is cash prior to the purchase. But, you know what. If they had said to me. I'm sorry we should have made the extra charge clear to you and deducted the extra charge from the final bill - then this would have been a five star review versus a three star review. The work they did was fine (even though they left a socket on my bike which could have flown off and caused problems). BOTTOM LINE: Very unprofessional secretively passing on a charge that is normally paid by the vendor to the customer and worst of all - sticking to their guns when the customer complains.

It has to be plugged in at night so they brought the battery charger and even stopped and bought a new extension cord. The battery wasn't fully charged but charged enough to get 4 of us around until we finished for the day. I highly recommend renting your cart from Sea Island. I rented one in the past from a place downtown Beaufort a few years ago and it was junk. I had the opposite with this company. During testimony he admitted in Beaufort County Magistrate Court that he had sold our AC unit that belonged to us while it was in his possession. He also acknowledged that he installed one brand of water pump yet submitted to our warranty company that he had installed the Newmar recommended brand. The non-recommend water pump failed after approximately 3.5 months. We pursued the matter through the court and were awarded a judgment in March 2026. The judge ordered payment to us within 30 days, which he has not made as of the date of this review. I am sharing this to help others make informed decisions. I recommend documenting all agreements and verifying parts and warranty submissions carefully.

Service call and $125 an hour even thought he was the one that did the work in the first place. come to find out I had to get another text to see what the problem was and then I found out my roof was leaking because the until was installed haft fast and he put the wrong controll box in. Unfortunately we only had 15 minutes to shop as the store closed at 2 pm not 3pm as stated on their Yelp page. Therefore I shot an update to Yelp quickly to update. Once inside the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the golf carts. Truthfully most of the information went over my head when it came to the battery life. I just look for seats that will be comfortable. There was one in a Teal green that was redone with beautiful quilted seats. I am assuming leather but maybe not to take all that direct sunlight without fading. Beautiful selections but price's definitely reflect it. $$$$$

They diagnosed me needing wheel bearing on the front of my 2014 Corolla on BOTH sides and needing to replace both my control arms. This would have costed me almost $3000. I called Robert and Auto Doctors and asked how much for all the work and I was quoted about half the cost. Once the car was at Auto Doctors, they did a diagnostic and said that all I neded was one wheel hub. So rather than spending $3000 on parts and labor from an over-inflated price gouger, I spent less than $500 on a GREAT SHOP. Jason the owner and Robert his service writer are awesome.
