She scheduled me then consulted with the doctor and suddenly the same day they sent an email and text canceling any further treatments at this office. Doc can't handle honest feedback from patient that they didn't find improvement after their prior treatments? She couldn't call me to have that discussion before abruptly canceling a patient relationship? Wow.

I let her know I chose her, a physician, because one time I received Botox from someone that wasn't a Dr. and it caused me dry eyes and sleep deprivation. My eyes couldn't moisten or utilize REM sleep. It was AWFUL! Well, here I am, not only with a weird face where my nose crunches up, but with the same problem--She over injected my eyes, placed neurotoxin wrongly, and now I am suffering the next 2 months with sleep deprivation and poor vision from dry eyes. NEVER going back :(
