The woman then said "well your sitting there doing nothing" and the tech responded " I'm waiting for my next client who is a little late but I would be happy to schedule in on another day" With that the woman was very belligerent and left. After all of that , the owner and staff remained professional and calm. Not a word was mentioned about this nasty customer after she left. Most places would bitch about that in front of clients but the ladies didn't! I recommend this place to everyone I know! Great people who do great work!
