I decided to try H.E.R. after my last visit where I used to go, I still had some facial hair. This time at H.E.R. there is no facial hair left. I also added a mini moisturizing facial, which is good right after dermaplaning to soak up alot of moister. My face was luminous! And, get this. She was more focused in sharing photos with another co-worker -from her cell phone- rather than attending to the client waiting for service in her chair. The stylist colored my hair and then directed me to a waiting area never checking on the process considering it was my first color with her. I was surprised because she a a mature hair stylist who expressed to me that she was in the industry for over three decades. I do not mind paying for value but the service absolutely does not match the price attached to color and service. Even the labor -considering was poor- did not meet my expectation. The color barely on my head and it is beginning to fade. I use quality hair products at home and know how to make the color last but for such an expensive salon I don't believe that it is worth the visit.
