The owner Jeff, (the only person working here aside from his family members) asks for money up front before doing the service, takes the vehicle for weeks on end. Yes, weeks! Jeff makes excuses as to delays occurring but doesn't actually start work on the vehicle until you constantly ask for dates of completion. Family member working with him had confirmed "he's lazy and hasn't started your vehicle yet" when asked for an update after 3 weeks in his possession. Unprofessional and highly unethical business tactics used. The work is rushed, sloppy and often incomplete resulting in requests for refund. Refunds are not easy to get from him either. Save yourself money, time, headaches and go elsewhere. read more

Trusted the guy with an up front pay for a discount. I had two scratches to be taken out. Only did one. He said it would be done in a week. Then took over 6 weeks. Kept giving me BS delays. Twice he said it was going to be done to pick up. Then just minutes before we get there with my ride he called it off. He said he would give my driver a gas card for his troubles then doesn't get it for him. read more

Iconic Image is a joke. We took our Vette there for window tinting. He kept our car for 10 weeks (end of spring into summer 2024) with continuous excuses. He said he had to keep redoing it like 4 times and he wanted it to be perfect. Finally, we insisted we wanted our car back and he rushed to finish. It was the worst job ever ! We could have done a better job ourselves. We took it somewhere else to get redone. The guy at the other place said "oh ya, we've redone several tint jobs from that place." read more

Wanted to get a tint on my front windshield of Tesla Model X. Reached out to Jeff at Iconic Image since he is one of the Xpel dealers. Ended up paying $1175 on Dec 14, 2023 using an apple pay (no discount if you want to use credit card) with an upsell for ceramic coating also. Had to go on vacation for Christmas and New Year, so car wasn't dropped off until Thu Jan 11. I was given a tesla model 3 loaner since it wasn't going to be done until Tue Jan 16. Had to constantly reach out to check when it'll be done. Tue got pushed to Wed. Jeff told me that there's a haze on the film and he needed to get a replacement from Xpel. Then on Friday Jan 19 he said new film is also defective and I should just come pick up the car and bring it back once he sorted this out. to cut the story short, I would reach out every couple weeks about the tint. Jeff is very poor at communicating as I found out that he is pretty much working alone with some helps from his wife and occasionally a kid named Hunter. Till now, I still haven't gotten my tint. I have dropped my car off couple times and even leaving it for 3 weeks to go on vacation but it's still not done. Was told that film is either defective or he doesn't have any help. it's been more than 6 months that I patiently waited to work with Jeff. When I asked for a refund he would try to offer other services like free car wash etc. I have maybe used the free hand wash twice ( he doesn't have people to do them). He still has my tesla key card since he told me he could come pick up the car while i'm at work which never happens. I still haven't received any refunds or my key card back (he offered to mail it back). It's been such a waste of time for the last 6 months. Jeff went way way above and beyond to help me out! I can't recommend his shop enough! Customer service like this is so hard to find! I purchased a warranty from the dealership (mistake #1) that I find out now doesn't cover much. I used the Woodman's carwash (mistake #2) that scratched up my year old minivan. It had micro scratches all over. I filed a claim with Woodman's and they did nothing because their carwash couldn't have done that (bull, I could not have put that many tiny scratches all over on my van). Next, Always be careful with milk/dairy in your vehicles. Went grocery shopping and A gallon of milk tipped over and leaked (mistake #3). It stunk so bad! Like, you had to drive with the windows down to breathe. Jeff and his team helped me with all of these problems and did more to my van. It looked fabulous when we picked it up.
