    Absolute garbage of a place. Calls themselves a christian company, but treats their employees like…read moregarbage and as if they're machines. Fires people constantly and can be for the simple fact of them not liking who the person is. Tries to get away with selling junk products to customers far overpriced. Will do anything to make the top dollar. The company will also go and claim record sales months and then not give anything to employees who work their butts off everyday, but then be told at reviews that they're not working hard enough and could be doing better. This company acts like they don't make any money and yet they're constantly expanding. I used to work in the shop for this company, and let me tell you, they make a lot more than they should on select items. This company will put bible versus on their invoices, just to turn around and fire employees for not liking them or name call their employees. Absolute garbage company to work at.

    I did not have a pleasant experience with the this company, the item that was sent was incomplete…read moreand was not listed as missing multiple pieces. The day I received the item was the day I had let the rep helping me out originally know that I'd be returning the item. No response back in email so I called in and let them know what was going on and had asked how the return process works. I was told to go to a UPS store get a label then and write down the RO# and send it back. Once it was sent back to then wait till item was checked it and within a few days I'd get a refund back. I had to originally pay for shipping which I was 100% okay with. Upon the return arriving back to alpha automotive I received a notification that item was delivered and so I called in. Item was received and Junior processed the return transaction and advised I get my refund of the item within a few days. Same day Friday the 22nd I had also mentioned to him I had emailed over the receipt from UPS for shipping the item back of $424.97 he said they are closing soon to get back to him coming Monday. So called back in today Monday and was laugh at for paying so much on returning the item and said "nor we or the company would pay for that". I asked very confused, "you had told me to give you a call back coming Monday regarding the my original return and the return/ refund of my receipt from ups sending the item back. No one was any help, nor courteous, but rude and chuckling because they are not paying or working with me with the return. I then asked to speak with a manager name Mike and was rude, unwilling to help and didn't seem to care of who I was. First thing out of his mouth was no we are not paying nor reimbursing you for the return label we have gone over this multiple times and had heard you speak to my rep Junior and we aren't paying for anything. Didn't ask for my name, nor my side of the story just seemed like he was annoyed for evening asking for such a thing. He then proceeded to cut me off and said we have lots of customers we need to get to. I had let him know I was also a customer and he then proceeded to cut me off again and said we have told you many times we aren't covering the UPS return label cost, I had let Mike know this was the first time we had myself and Mike had ever spoken and that today was the 1st I was told that I wouldn't be covered and that I was confused. As I was completing my sentence Mike "the manager" hangs up on me, As I call back to his extension #102 he answers it doesn't say a word puts me on a hold and within a few minutes the call gets transferred back over to Junior extension #101 I answer by saying hi Junior it's Hector again I was speaking to Mike and not sure if he hung up or the call was dropped. Junior the proceeds to chuckle again and says no he wouldn't do that, Mike thought you hung up. I had let Junior know that I'm in my office and had my cellular devise on speaker in front on me but not in my hands. I feel embarrassed to even ask for help on the return but it's not a light charge, as a Company I thought they would have better proto call and better customer service, I understand a business is a business but there definitely wasn't any help at all. I had asked if I may speak to Mike again and was given the runaround and Junior mentioned again nor Mike or myself can do anything nor can the "President of the company". Shameful to put the owner/ president of the company that way but he then mentioned he would be as nice for a situation like this and said he needs to go back to work and they will not be helping in covering all nor half the cost, which I offered and felt maybe that would be the right thing. Each party covering half of the cost for a big misunderstanding. I am disappointment in the way and process this company runs. No empathy no help no reasonable or respectful manners, just laughter, rudeness, and chuckles on not helping and laughter that I even paid that much to send an item back. This is by far the worse experience I have had and would not recommend to anyone. Read all, ask multiple questions, and best hope you don't have a honest question as they will just laugh at you.

    Many places in Green Bay have inexpensive batteries and "free" installation, but when they find out…read morethat you have a car with a battery located in an inconvenient place, like under the wheel well, they will refuse to sell you a battery, or claim they don't have the battery your car need, because it can take up to 45 minutes to install. This can result in having to go to an expensive garage or body shop and having to pay sky-high labor costs for the installation of a battery. Walmart, at least this Walmart, is different. I called about the battery and about installation and was told it was no problem and to come in. After a brief near setback, where a different associate told me "We can't do it.", upon my arrival, she agreed to check with the manager. The manager asked about scheduling, explained that they were short handed but that if I could wait a while they would certainly do it for free. I had some shopping to do anyway which I did leisurely and there was no problem. Walmart will install the batteries it sells for free, and made no exception, at least in my case, for an inconvenient installation, at least in my case. I got a Walmart price, free installation and I am quite happy.
