The red light therapy, cryo and compression therapies are great relaxation procedures. I think the cryo for reducing inflammation works well. The staff was very helpful and they offer iv therapies as well but I didn't have the opportunity to use this yet .......I will be back! read more

The owner is really greedy, cares only abt the bottom line and will not, under any circumstances, give a refund. She would rather lose a client than refund someone who had a bad reaction to the procedure, will deny it or excuse it and claim it's not possible, despite the clients experience and a medical doctors assessment. Staff, services and price point are great. The flow of the space needs a little work. Checkin process was horrible ( verbally asking an entire medical intake form out loud in an echoing lobby where everyone can hear). But the rest of our first visit was pretty good. What really turned me off was this: I found the owner Gregg to lack professionalism on multiple occasions. 1) He was talking about other guests to employees really loudly in the hallways. I'm not sure other guests want me to know their personal information (like that the woman in the cryo right now is a bigwig at Webster Bank). 2) While we were checking out, I asked if he wanted some feedback on our experience and he said yes. I shared my perception on our check in. He went into a 5-10 minute defensive spiral that included calling my feedback a complaint (it wasn't), and then ultimately blaming his new staff multiple times for what we experienced. His new staff was awesome, and I restated this multiple times. He continued to circle back over and over to the staff being the issue and I thought it was really disrespectful to his team and dismissive of the actual feedback. Gregg if you're reading this, your new staff was incredible. Stop using them a scapegoat for the operational kinks you're understandably still working through. Take the feedback with grace and humility and just keep evolving. If you drag your staff every time there's a learning opportunity - you're going to struggle to keep good staff as you expand. 3) After he had been talking at us (his defensive spiral) for what felt like forever, I assume our eyes must've been glazing over. At this point, he made a passive aggressive comment to my boyfriend: "Is this guy always this quiet ?" It was so cringey and weird. I walked up to the checkout counter thinking I'd definitely purchase more services and probably a membership, but then left after this interaction with Gregg thinking "I don't want to give this guy another cent". I have been going on and off for a while now and if you are looking to kill several hours treating yourself, its great but if you are trying ot use them for a consistent routine you will be comitting a serious mount of time just waiting around and talking to the staff. Thier scheduling/ speed of service is sadly terrible, they don't have any time available and they expect that you have hours to stay there and speak with them. They unfortionately just move slowly- unless you are self employed i have no idea how you could use thier services consistently. They are super pleasant but you can't just go in and get out. They also are constantly trying to upsell you and it gets honestly exhausting. They will sell you a procedure -change the pricing a couple of times- and then after you swipe your credit card, tell you important details like you can't sweat for 48 hours after and that they have no availability for you to actually get the procedure. When you ask for a refund for the service you have not used they make it difficult and time consuming. Also try cancelling a monthly membership- a million questions and you have to do it in person. Took me 45 minuts to just cancel. They just dont really care about the value you are getting they just want your $$$$ read more

I go to red light therapy and have loved the experience and results. I fell and have been using it for pain relief. It really does work! I feel best the next day. The studio is super clean and the staff is really great. They care about your experience and try to answer any questions you have. Visited iCRYO Fairfield for the first time. The staff (met 7 of them) was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. I used 3 services for the first time; infrared sauna, whole body cryotherapy, leg compression therapy. A unique experience for sure. zero stars this place is expensive and my experience was horrible I will not go back. I had the NAD + therapy which cost $2,800 I cannot tell you what benefits this gave me because I felt no different. more cost effective to take the NAD vitamins. second there was an incident where I was not treated fairly and when I spoke up about it I received pushback, confrontation and felt like I was being picked on. I had previously paid in advance for other services which I have not received. due to the circumstances I asked for a refund. the amount paid in advance is $800. they refused my refund. I am a one income family taking care of a disabled family member and they are aware of this I truly can't afford to walk away from $800 but under these circumstances I fell it's best for me to let it go. I felt so sick to my stomach with stress, worry and scared to set foot back there. it was so uncomfortable for me the way they took aim at my expressing MY experience there. it's not going to do Any good explaining the situation as it doesn't even matter. what matters most is how I felt I was treated and the fact that I received resistance from expressing that. paying in advance for iv treatment is not a great idea. I will never do that again. and if they feel comfortable keeping my $800 than good for them. however I did find a better place to go less expensive and the Doctor not nurses is top notch, kind, gentle, and the staff is fantastic. read more
