Unfortunately, the conditions were just as bad throughout the lot. This is a basic safety issue that should not be overlooked. I reported the concern, expecting it would be taken seriously. Instead, her membership was canceled. While it was later reinstated, the initial response was surprising and, frankly, concerning. I then went to the facility to raise the issue directly with management. I approached the situation calmly, simply trying to point out that unsafe conditions in a parking lot could lead to someone getting hurt. The response I received was repeatedly being told to "get out," with no attempt to acknowledge or address the concern. At that point, it became clear that member safety and basic professionalism were not being handled the way they should be. I am no longer a member. I hope the business takes steps to address the parking lot conditions and improves how it responds to legitimate concerns in the future.
