I first started with ACL prehab before surgery, and then returned for post-operative ACL rehabilitation. What immediately stood out about Evolution is the true one-on-one care. Your therapist is focused entirely on you - your injury, your progress, and helping you get back to living your life. Working with Nick helped rebuild my leg strength far beyond what I expected. Somewhere along the way I realized I wasn't just recovering from an ACL injury, I was actually getting stronger overall. So yes... the person who once described herself as allergic to exercise somehow ended up continuing with personal training at Evolution. Nick has a rare ability to meet you exactly where you are and help you get stronger from there. After months of working with the team, the progress has been incredible. I'm stronger, more mobile, and more confident than I've been in years. Choosing Evolution was one of the best decisions I made during my recovery. One of the things I really appreciate about this clinic is the environment. During sessions I see people recovering from all kinds of injuries and conditions, and watching their progress is genuinely inspiring. I am paying out of pocket, They aides do not care about patients I have to help my change my husbands diapers mult times , pulling out my back. Some nurses are great, some not. I have complained to the administrators multiple times, they seem caring enough during our multiple meetings, but don't have control over any of the staff. I heard they changed owners 2 months ago, I it's a pity , it's for profit only , not the care of patients. I am trying to find another rehab center to get him the help he needs. I've heard many complaints from patients in there. I rated it at one because I didn't have an option for zero.

I had literally seen seven physicians and thirteen physical therapists before meeting Hope and Dr. Stu Steinman. I had been told by previous practitioners that I would never run again and that I would likely be in some level of continuous pain for the rest of my life. Since beginning treatment with Dr. Steinman and Hope (who are conveniently located in the same building in Norwalk), my back pain has been diminished to almost nothing. I exercise two to three hours per day, including running, without pain. Hope is a phenomenal physical therapist who cares deeply about her patients. She is intuitive, thoughtful, innovative, hardworking and demanding (and I say demanding as a positive, because if you truly want to get better, it takes work). As an example, I went to him a few years ago because I was feeling that my quads were weakening as I worked out instead of getting stronger. The more I worked them the weaker they got. He did a bunch of mobility tests and figured out that because of a hamstring injury 2 years prior I had adjusted and wasn't properly using my hamstrings and gluts. (It had been so long that I'd forgot I'd injured them until he started asking me about it...) He taught me some simple exercises to retrain my muscles and within weeks I was back in business. I've gone to him several times now over the last ten years and I am continually amazed at how skilled he is. They now use an app that shows me exactly what the exercises are and so I have easy access to them when I get home and I can make sure I'm doing them correctly. The team is incredibly professional and helpful (Thank you again for your help, Ali!). I've been to other places where they used stim so much it burned a hole in my leg. I've been to places where they are working with 4-5 people at a time and you wind up sitting around waiting. I've been to places where they do all kinds of different things but I don't get better. These folks are far and away the best. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

One physical therapist told me I would be using a walker for the rest of my life. I was only in my mid 40's then. She worked with me and I graduated to arm crutches. My next p.t. didn't want me to use the ATM crutches or a cane. I could walk without assistance so I left her care. A new diagnosis led me to Danielle Faux. I chose her for proximity reasons but now I know it was divine intervention. In a very short period of time, she had me using a cane only as needed. I have been cane-free for months. Her understating of the body, its biology, physiology is unsurpassed. My gait is vastly improved; my balance as well. I have had no falls. She listens intently to all the symptoms and experiences I relay. Her response to them always relieves the issue. My exercise plan is constantly updated.
