WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Have been to this location before & never had an issue. My husband walked in today to do Cryo & were told by KELSEY/EMPLOYEE that they no longer do "Single Session's" they only do "Packages" & "Memberships." Then asked for a pamphlet or Menu with prices & was told that they don't have one. ‍ Then asked if we could book a session through their App, which we've done in the past & Kelsey tells us No. We log on and "Single Session's" are available to book and we show her and she said that the App hasn't "updated." I was curious about IV drip bars and wanted to check it out. I found iCRYO on Yelp and saw the good reviews. Also, it was only 8 mins from my house. Prior to my visit, I perused their website and saw a variety of IV infusions to choose from. Pros: The staff was extremely knowledgeable. Kelsey took me on a tour and described in detail all of the various services that they offered. The facility was clean and calming. Cons: I should've have asked for price points at the beginning. That's on me. I told the nurse that I wanted something for energy and focus. She recommended the "energize", which is a premium infusion. After all of the e-paperwork, I got hooked up and went through a bag in 20 mins. At checkout, the bill was $199! I knew it wouldn't be cheap, but I was not expecting to pay that much. On top of that, I really didn't notice anything. Given the price tag and the lack of results, I can't see myself going back. This wasn't meant to be a negative review. The staff was great. Had it worked, I might have gone back for a different, cheaper infusion. Since the "premium" option didn't work, I doubt the others will, at least for me. My recommendation: Manage your expectations when it comes to the impacts of the drip and ask for prices up front. read more

When I discovered ICRYO I was excited to see that they offered IV therapy as well as Cryotherapy, an infrared light bed and infrared sauna treatments and a zero gravity bed. It was a one stop shop for me! The crew that owns and runs the store are wonderful! They have always been friendly and accommodating although I can be VERY challenging to give an IV to. I shared some of my story with them as I've had some emotional stuff come up while getting treatments there. Not long after I started a monthly membership and IV therapy I needed to prioritize my treatments as insurance covers NOTHING outside of big pharma. I was overwhelmed and had spent a fortune on natural therapy. I was exhausted and had just discovered that the cancer had returned. Not long after having to cancel my membership I received a call from Justin, the store manager, Informing me that the store was giving away year long memberships to certain people that needed them. I use the full body cryotherapy for immunity and overall health, the red light therapy bed to help treat inflammation as well as overall wellness, the compression therapy to help with swelling when in physical therapy and one of my favorites is the local cyrotherapy that is my go to any time there is a injury, bad bug bite or aches and pains! 15 minutes with an ice pack multiple times a day or 8 minutes of local cryo that goes much deeper and can help speed up recovery faster? Im so blessed for this team. I suffered a traumatic car injury that resulted into amputation below my shoulder and after 3 months post surgery I started doing red light and cryo chamber to help my healing from scar tissue and phantom pain. After one week doing these two treatments and going twice a week I was able to reduce my medication intake throughout the day. And after about a 2 months I'm completely off medication. They tried their best to convince me to continue that medication..they never shown me what they injected me. I was greeted by Justin while there and explained to him the issues I was having with my recovery In training with heavy weights. He explained to me the massive benefits I could benefit from receiving cryo/ cold therapy.
