Came in one evening and it was a pleasant experience. Customer service is excellent. I was slightly nervous about the cold but if you're used to cold winters in the north it's not bad. They offer many other services (compression therapy, infrared sauna, IV therapy, etc) however I just came in for cryo. Not sure if I should instantly feel better or if i need to go in for more sessions but I would come back because it was a nice experience! Update the next day: I slept like a baby after cryo which they did say I would sleep better. I'm a little less sore but not completely better. This was my first experience with Cryotherapy. Location: tucked away slightly hidden from the main road but it's there. Drive around the edge of the building where the GPS drops you off. Facility: fairly decent sized, unfortunately their first machine wasn't cooling all the way and I had to move to another room. The back quarters where they do the IV and get to the restroom was a little tight but not a dealbreaker just a traffic jam if you run into someone. Service: good customer service, unfortunately I had someone new or seemingly new to the whole process but thankfully the more tenured college student helped her through the process. Price: competitive pricing with a good first time use customer rate and can appreciate the email receipts. One thing I noticed is that they encourage tips here where I noticed no other cryo spots do. So it sort of evens out the pricing once all is accumulated. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would the staff is very nice and I did enjoy the actual therapy. However, the owner of this facility is very crass and rude. I went in for a session that I had scheduled ahead of time. They didn't have it on the schedule the owner wasn't there only a young man who is very nice who is working there he's a minor so when you have to go into the cryotherapy and you go into those chambers, you're essentially naked or in a bra and panties. He was the only one there answering telephones handling the cryo- chamber and handling the front desk. I personally thought it was way too much for one person to do and the fact that he's a male and he's a minor. I am an adult female and I'm essentially naked in there, I felt uncomfortable when I said that to her, she didn't seem to care and she said well I was going to get someone from the back but you wanted to talk to me I said how is that relevant to the whole situation of why I feel the way I do and we agree to disagree, and she reimbursing me my money back. I'm still waiting for my refund. Santino that is completely false there we're no other women working there because I asked the young man working if there was. There should be a female there at all times and I should not have to wait for your wife to come back in order for my appointment to be filled. I was there on time. I should not have to wait for your wife to come back so I can feel comfortable being in those chambers. Absolutely over the top service from Kym and Connie! Love how amazing I felt when I left.. probably didn't sit down for 4-5 hours outside the drive home! Felt like I was walking on clouds. Once my financial situation gets better here soon I'll definitely be coming in regularly and advocating for the business. Today I couldn't make an appointment due to not being sure on when I would get there so I did a walk in. After 10 minutes of waiting no one had come to door or even greeted me. I had the Cryoskin (slimming) on my abdomen with such great results I had Jordan do my thighs. Wow, what a transformation! Kim was really great in explaining all Of their services and the benefits. The location is clean and orderly. Hours are clearly marked on the door. I was hesitant about subjecting myself to such harsh temperatures but Kim was very reassuring and talked me through the entire experience. I was absolutely freezing but I did immediately feel a sense of euphoria after stepping out of the Cryo chamber. After the frost subsided, I could tell all of the soreness from my training week was virtually gone. I went back the next day to do Normatec and Jordan and Jace were just as accommodating as Kim had been the night before. Will definitely be making this a part of my recovering routine. read more

Nowhere on their website states that a person under 100 pounds can't do the cryotherapy. I made an appointment for my 14 year old gymnast and when we went there after 20 min of driving they said she can't go because she's under 100 pounds. This is very important information not to be on their website. Gas is not free. read more

The staff at this location are all great and I must say that I couldn't have picked a better procedure to have! Cyro toning and slimming ROCKS! I've worked out 4-5 days a week and yet the fat in my midriff session would not bulge! After I researched the procedure and learned that it was painless with no downtime I immediately scheduled my session. The results are seen immediately and you MUST make sure that you adjust your habits (working out properly and lower your carbs) so that you can see more slimming. With only 1 session I've lost 1 1/2 in off my waist line and I look forward to next sessions and I would highly recommend the Frisco location. I usually suggest to all of my friends to try this place first because they are very informative about what's going on and how cryotherapy works. It's definitely more expensive to buy single sessions compared to other places in the metro, not sure if they're equipment is better than the others - it looks nicer than the others that's for sure. Set aside all that, it's a great, clean facility and surely worth trying out. If it were cheaper for single sessions I would be apt to going back more often. read more
