I was expecting teeth chattering cold, but received a rather pleasant euphoria. It started with a sensation on the lower back, at 2 minutes 30 seconds a slight tightness of the muscles just above the knees and across ones midsection. 3 minutes seems like forever, then when it's over so quickly. My first Cryotherapy was to test the effectiveness on my Peripheral Neuropathy. Because you wear long socks and gloves it may have negated the benefits of that. Will try local in a couple of weeks for my PN in my feet. Now my arthritis in my hips, and weakness in my left leg, this was a complete surprise. I could easily climb stairs and getting on my bicycle pain free. Both hips are shot, but honestly they felt better. Waiting to see how long it lasts, going on about 11 hours. It may only last a day or so, but that is an accomplishment compared to using steroids that do more harm overall.

I left the facility with a good muscle pump and a feeling that I just put in some work. Alex (owner) was knowledgeable, motivating, and complimenting. He walks you through each exercise and proper form and safety is a priority. Like anything in life, you will get out of it what you put into it. If you just want to go through the motions this isn't for you and you will waste your money. I want…read moreto say that it was 20-24 credits, so quite a lot, but it was a very comfortable, high end cryo experience (and I've gone at several other facilities regularly in Northern NJ as a point of reference). They also have packages to buy, so if you don't have ClassPass-don't worry! They have at least 3-4 individual changing rooms (like you would in a spa-they have benches and robes and socks in the room and mirrors for when you get dressed again). The room with the chamber is nice-clean, aesthetically pleasing and they stay in there with you to monitor (if it gets to be to cold, etc). I really like that they played music during my session-it helped to pass the time. If cryo is what you're looking for in the Morristown area, this is the place to do it.

Fernando Solis, Dr of PT and their Director, developed and took me through the rehab to get me back skiing asap. Every session began with Fernando assessing my healing progress, then adopting new exercises accordingly. In addition, he identified holes in my training routine (which contributed to my injury). The entire staff are friendly and very positive. Facilities are excellent, and text reminders of upcoming sessions makes it easy. Fernando is a physical therapist at the highest level.
