My hair is one inch past my shoulders, if you want to charge me extra because it's "so long and thick" that's no problem but you should definitely inform your client before the service that you are charging them so much extra. The manicurist did a wonderful job both shaping and polishing, no cleanups or corrections needed, and nicely built up layers. The pedicure was also perfect. A different manicurist tended to the pedicure and didn't just slap on a couple of coats of polish. She took the time to actually take care of the nails and always check to see how I wanted things done. What made this place especially relaxing was the fact that there was no incessant nagging to try other services. No one tried to up-sell anything.
