After I had the baby contacted Susan and she told me I had the end of January to use the gift card, which he paid $400 for. (A happy note for the future -- thanks to the federal Credit CARD Act of 2009, gift certificates issued after August 22, 2010 cannot expire for five years. I am considering taking her to small claims court since telling me I only had 6 months is illegal!!!!!) However I am breastfeeding and microblading is not recommended to nursing mothers. Not wanting to lose the $400, booked another appointment, even though I wasn't comfortable. Day of appointment husband was rushed to the hospital and Susan could care less. Even the USPS staff called this situation highly irresponsible. I strongly urge everyone to stay away--this has been my worst online shopping experience ever, and the first time I've felt outright disrespected by a seller. Honestly, if I wanted to be ghosted, insulted, and robbed all at once, I'd just call my ex and ask for a refund.
