She told us results would take two weeks, but I later learned that biopsies typically take under a week. When we didn't hear back, we had to call--only to find out she was on vacation, and we had to wait several more days. Given the size of the practice, someone else should have followed up. After weeks of unnecessary stress, we learned the correct diagnosis--something she never mentioned--and her treatment had been entirely unnecessary. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this practice and won't be returning. .

My first visit, I never had lashes done before and Vivi not only explained the process, but helped me pick what would look best on my eye shape. The prices are reasonable and Vivi also allows free corrections if you have any discomfort. It's always clean. Everyone has licenses showing they are qualified. They also make it comfortable with music, blankets, and easy communication. I don't take lightly to allowing someone to put glue near my eyeball, so I genuinely trust and can't recommend Vivi more. If you go on the weekend, plan on making an appointment, but during the week they can usually fit walk ins with a short wait. If you are thinking about trying lashes, trust Vivian. I've experimented different styles. Also, it's important they put the lashes INDIVIDUALLY one by one on your natural lashes. Places often put them on your eyelid that's faster but how you get an infection. Vivian doesn't cut corners and genuinely is so kind and talented. I hope this helps give some more insight! Also they recommend every 2 weeks refill, but I've found 3-4 weeks is totally fine. I added pics of 2 different styles I do often depending on my mood. One natural one volume. Hope this helps! (PS parking can be annoying because it's off the main road so plan on walking a little)
