I had microdermabrasion, peel and LED light therapy facial today. Bonnie was awesome. She did a complete skin evaluation and suggested cleaners, toner and moisturizers to address specific concerns with my skin. Bonnie was welcoming, easy to talk to and provided a very relaxing ambience. Although Bonnie made several recommendations about products that could help my skin she wasn't pushy and her recommendations were based off the evaluation she did for me at the start of the session. Through out the session, I was able to see problem areas I didn't realize I had (Rosacea, dry skin, ect) and given information about the concerns and ways to manage the symptoms. When the session was over, my skin felt amazing; moisturized, clean, and I was totally relaxed. I made another appointment before I left. I waited two weeks, only to find that USPS marked my case as "closed." Frustrated, I went to the USPS post office myself, only to discover that the seller never even handed the package over to USPS. The staff told me this is a common online scam, with countless stores using the same deceptive tactics. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely terrible. One representative, Bonnie Krutka, was not only unhelpful but outright rude and insulting. I have never encountered such appalling service. Even the USPS staff called this situation highly irresponsible. I strongly urge everyone to stay away--this has been my worst online shopping experience ever, and the first time I've felt outright disrespected by a seller. Don't purchase products online from this company, it is a scam. They send you the wrong product and then demand you send it back in order for them to ship you the correct item you purchased from them in the first place. I am not paying for shipping to ship back the wrong item in the case that they never actually send me the correct item and then I am just out my money. Even worse, I got no replies to any of my inquiries about where my order was. I received in a plastic envelope 4 masks without the box or any label on them, as shown below. I reached out to them and she claims they are the same. I replied that I have ordered these so many times from other reputable sites and they always come in the box and with labels on them.
