I believe they have a no-nut policy, which is helpful, and they do sell food that has other allergens, but eating is only allowed in the gated space with the tables, which is a relief in my mind that there's minimal risk of exposure in the common play area. There's another space that's opened up recently in the Plymouth Meeting Mall that I also like, that doesn't really allow food at all, which I appreciate as well, but the openness to food in that one area also lends itself to a longer stay. Having coffee available is also a big plus, as is the snacks that come with the entry fee (for those w/o food allergies, at least). I also appreciate that the entry fee is good for in and out privileges throughout the time it's open. The play space is vast and amenable to all sorts of play across ages, which is really nice. There's opportunity for physical play and pretend play, for toddlers and for bigger kids too. The little ones really enjoyed all of the things available, and there was even some low-key exposure to soccer with a pretty good size goal net. Absolutely a space I would return to with them! Only thing I wish was different was to have longer hours :)

There's so many toys, activity areas and sensory stimulators. The space was clean and parents keep attentive eyes on their own littles. First I would…read morelike to say I have taken my children here about four times and we have always had a great experience until today! I think it should be mandatory that you must be on the play floor with your children while visiting CSP!! Today, myself and my three children visited CSP . As we were walking in a lady walked in before us with a child probably five or six years old. They met another woman there with her daughter who was probably five or six also. I noticed right away that the two women sat down at a table in the snacking area. Myself and my children were there for exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes before we left. Not one time did either of these ladies get up and come on the play floor to watch their children or even to look over and see what their children were doing. Now I know this because I was watching them as I watched these two little girls bully my three-year-old son. Repeatedly, I said loudly to my son " hey come play over here " "hey stay away from those girls " "their being mean they don't want to play get away from them" loud enough so that it would catch the attention of the parents!! NOTHING eyes glued to their phones or in deep conversations with eachother. As if this was a daycare! My son would try to play with them and they'd get " no get away from us " "go away" "go away we don't want to play with you" "stop get out" even to the point where the one little girl grabbed my son's hands and pushed his hands off of toys! I told her to keep her hands to herself! This same little girl grabbed one of the soft play squares and pushed my two-year-old daughter down the step of the ball pit!!! I hope there's cameras so the owners can see this!! Even after all of this my son would not stop trying to play with them! The last time he went up to play with them I heard them both saying to my son get away, we don't want you here. We don't wanna play with you! I took it upon myself to go up to the parents.! What else was I supposed to do at this point leave?? These little girls are being mean now my children have to leave? No absolutely not so I tell the parents I said hey are these your girls? They both got up and said yes and I said they are being very mean to my three-year-old son ! We walk over to the girls the girls say to them that my son is calling them mean words! Meanwhile, we just left IVY REHAB for kids because my son is currently in speech therapy and probably says about five words which none of them are mean! The women say to the little girls "let him play with you" then they walk away and sit back down! Still not watching your children absolutely insane!!!!!!! after a woman comes up to you telling you that your children are being mean you would think that you would keep an eye on them, right??? At that point, I knew that we had to leave I could not sit there and continue to let these little girls pick on my son because that's exactly what was going to happen because the parents were not watching them whatsoever ! I understand they don't have to play with my son. That's completely fine but being mean is totally a different story. As a parent, this is extremely heartbreaking. DO BETTER WATCH YOUR CHILDREN ! This isn't a drop off so you can sit on your phone for almost an hour and a half!

It's a pretty big space with a lot of variety - displays, plenty of Legos to build with, a classroom, and a mini movie theater that we didn't get to check out, but think they might like it too. Definitely pricey, but the kids enjoyed themselves, which is great. Would try it again with them. The model of Philadelphia was pretty fun to look at, and it was a nice opportunity to tell the kids about different sights in the city.

This place is amazing for toddlers and parents. There's a good size indoor playground, LEGO everywhere, several slides, a movie theater, and even a LEGO themed ride. When we went, it wasn't crowded at all, which made the whole experience even better. I've always wondered how my 2 year old would do in a movie theater, and this was the perfect place to try it out. Though to be fair, a 12 minute movie is probably a lot easier than a 2-hour one haha. But still, such a great way to test it out without any pressure. He LOVESSS it! There's also a cafeteria inside. The food was okay, nothing special, but it's convenient. Most of the staff were very friendly. The only odd moment was when I asked a staff member to take a photo of Lego Santa, my son, and me. He said he doesn't want to touch phones. I was a little taken aback since there's hand sanitizer everywhere, and thought staff would try to help out a much as they can. Overall, we had a really great experience and were so happy we decided to come. Perfect spot for toddlers, especially on a day when you want something fun, easy, and indoors!

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!
