The owner Sean told me they've been open for two months and are just there Fridays and Saturdays for now, but plan to move around in the future. The food was great! Everything tasted good. The short ribs were especially good, but I also enjoyed the BBQ stick and BBQ chicken too. The lumpia was delicious! I wish I ordered more lumpia! All the meats are grilled fresh right behind the truck, and the lumpia is fried fresh in the truck. So, nothing sitting for long periods of time. I got there right as they were opening, and others got in line soon after me. Happy to support some Islanders in Idaho! Good and service are both great!
