Don't let the name scare you--it's absolutely incredible. We've been here three times now, and every visit has been consistently amazing. The food has always been fresh, flavorful, and worth coming back for. They also have a great selection of local craft beers on tap, which is a nice bonus if you enjoy trying something local with your meal. It's awesome to have a place like this in our hometown. I think the chicken is marinated. It had a delicious flavor and very moist. I accompanied it with the french fries. They are beer battered and I asked for extra crispy. Ask for the fry sauce. It is a ketchup, mayonnaise, horseradish mixed with spices. Absolutely delicious. My suggestion for the sandwich would be to melt the cheese. Mine came out, not melted just sitting on top of my chicken sandwich. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with the extra crispy fries. He said the roll was buttered and it made the entire meal.
