I tried explaining to the lady that it's not my issue they handed me the wrong invoice & that i was not coming back for HER mistake. She got extremely rude with me & blocked me in their system. Mind you, I take my dogs to petsmart every 8 weeks to get their hair cut. I buy all their food, treats & toys there. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. I travel the country full time so I go to new petsmarts every time. DO NOT GO HERE.

Now I'm almost 70 and we just moved and then got in a car accident which is why I wanted her groomed. I couldn't. She is a sweet unusually laid back Aussie. She loves people and will cooperate if she is spoken to . I paid for other services and she STILL HAD EAR MATS, RAZOR BURNS ON HER PAW PADS, NO SANITARY TRIM, and her nails need filing smooth. Find a real groomer don't bring your pets here. Also the bucket and mop for pee clean ups was black water. Really?

There was an amazing selection of fish, plants, invertebrates, corals, supplies, and even a gorgeous axolotl! I got some beautiful guppy culls and I honestly wish I had gotten more. I will definitely be visiting again when I'm in the area!! :)

I'd even imagine they would be able to accommodate requests given enough time, but that's just a guess. A killer tank is both expensive and quite a bit of work/responsibility, so if you're new to the game, it's nice to have a resource like this to help you be successful.

They stayed well after 5:30 since I had to go after work. They didn't complain or make me feel like i was being rude. Please donate food, blankets, toys or whatever you can. There was also a utility sink with a HUGE slider turtle and 4 other smaller (5-6" shell) turtles just sitting in the empty sink, flinching when anyone walked past. I wish I had taken pictures, I feel so stupid for not doing so, but I was so shocked and so afraid of being told to leave the store if I pulled my phone out for a photo. I genuinely can't believe the conditions these reptiles were in...the fish tanks were all dyed gravel and plastic plants, which isn't great of course, but the genuine lack of BARE NECESSITIES for the reptiles left me speechless. If I ever go back to this 'store' it will only be for pictures of the animal neglect and/or to see if anything improved...

My last experience with grooming @ petco, the groomer shaved my corgi's stomach & I have been hesitant to take him back in case he's shaved elsewhere. My friend tried What The Pup and loved them for her corgi, so we thought we'd give them a try. What the Pup was really affordable, awesome with communication & was patient with my newer adopted corgi who is terrified of everything, even baths with groomers, apparently. (Sorry!) They both came home so soft & with beautiful haircuts & trims. They treated the double coats how they should be treated. The cute bandanas were a really nice touch! We are so happy with our experience - we will definitely be back!! I'm so excited to find a groomer I can trust with my corgis' double coats.
