The worst petsmart I've ever been to! Do NOT take your dogs here for grooming. To start, they…read moreshaved my dogs tail (toy poodle) completely off. I'm still finding scabs from where they cut him. When I went to pick up my dogs, they handed me two receipts. I paid & went home. I get a call 20 minutes later saying I need to come back to pay for one of my dogs. Apparently, they gave me the wrong invoice & it was all my fault. I tried explaining to the lady that it's not my issue they handed me the wrong invoice & that i was not coming back for HER mistake. She got extremely rude with me & blocked me in their system. Mind you, I take my dogs to petsmart every 8 weeks to get their hair cut. I buy all their food, treats & toys there. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. I travel the country full time so I go to new petsmarts every time. DO NOT GO HERE.

I already filed a complaint and a review of this place. NEVER AGAIN! I'll just make a long story…read moreshort, my Australian Shepard had mats behind her ears and needed a bath and brush with sanitary trim, paws cleaned out, and nail clip. The *Lead Groom* poo pooed my complaint and what she said was a load of crap. I used to run my own grooming shop. Now I'm almost 70 and we just moved and then got in a car accident which is why I wanted her groomed. I couldn't. She is a sweet unusually laid back Aussie. She loves people and will cooperate if she is spoken to . I paid for other services and she STILL HAD EAR MATS, RAZOR BURNS ON HER PAW PADS, NO SANITARY TRIM, and her nails need filing smooth. Find a real groomer don't bring your pets here. Also the bucket and mop for pee clean ups was black water. Really?

Short version: These people do not care. I regret not driving to Boise…read more Long story: I took my dog in for a raised spot on his hip, about the size of a dime and half an inch high. Concerned, I asked Dr. Jeremiah about Stelfonta, an injection treatment that worked well for my brother's dog in Nevada. Instead of discussing it, Dr. Jeremiah lectured me about relying on internet research over his 20 years of experience. I apologized, explaining I meant no disrespect and offered to be the first client of his to try Stelfonta, even providing the website and offering to take daily photos of the process he could have for his use (stelfonta.com). He claimed familiarity, comparing it to a horse cream, despite my clarification that it's an injection. He convinced me to proceed with surgery to remove the mass, promising to research Stelfonta and use it if it recurred. A week later, the night before surgery, I completed an electronic form with my dog's photo and my contact information. The next morning, the understaffed clinic required a new photo and re-entered my information due to a system issue. Dr. Jeremiah, when asked what he thought about Stelfonta, again referenced a cream, showing he hadn't researched it as promised. I regret not taking my dog and leaving then. I waited for a pickup call that never came. At 4 p.m., I called and learned they had my cell number wrong, despite having it correct on the form I had filled out from home. Post-surgery, I used an inflatable cone alternative (D&B $30), two people stopped to ask where I had found it and what it cost. I was told it was much more affordable than the clinic's options. Two weeks later, my 86-lb shepherd mix refused to go back into the clinic for stitch removal, panicking. Unable to carry him in, I removed the stitches myself at home. I'm so very disappointed by my experience here.
