I stood at the paint area for 10 minutes and apparently I was invisible because the employee never left his stool at the front of the store. I decided to buy the supplies and go elsewhere for my paint. When I checked out, I was asked if I found everything and responded with a no. The employee still firmly on his stool asked what I needed and I advised I was wanting to buy some paint . The response was, "Oh well, that's the way it goes." No offer to help. I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.

Well I learned pretty quickly that this store is a COMPLETE scam! First I saw the dollar store pool noodles, you know the really small skinny ones, for $4.99! Then I see the PH down, which I usually pay around $10 for, for $18.50! The pool shock was $60 for a 6 pack! I immediately opened my phone to Amazon and saw they would deliver PH Down and shock to my house in 3 hours for free. And it was $8 a bag. So I payed less for 2 bags getting delivered than buying one on the shelf. Also shock is $29 for a 6 pack on Amazon. I don't like supporting Amazon usually and try to shop local, but wth is that you guys?? Everyone is broke and these are crazy up charges!
