I love this place! Great instructors. Nonie is really good at teaching you dance steps as you get your workout in. He knows his cha cha cha, salsa, rumba, etc. There's a couple of younger guys that teach together and they're really fun and motivating. I really enjoy their classes! Then there's my personal favorite, Natalie. She's on Monday evening at 5:15 and does a Bollywood style Zumba! It's BollyX which I had never heard of. She's also really fun and motivating. Doesn't even feel like you're exercising because you're enjoying it so much. All you know is you're sweating at the end and ready to crash an Indian party to try your new moves! Come give this place a try.

Love this place, You can Zumba 7 days a week, Am & Pm daily with Ballroom Dancing q Friday evenings

I love Nonie and Madonna, Shirley is the best also though she's doing Saturday zumba only.

From the very first class I took, I met incredibly talented people who have become true friends. The community here is supportive, caring, and always uplifting. Dancing has become therapeutic for me, and thanks to this studio, I've even had the chance to experience what it feels like to dance on a world‑class stage through their amazing programs. I feel so much healthier, and the community here is so friendly. There's a great variety of styles, and the overall environment is welcoming whether you're newer to dance or more experienced. There are so many amazing instructors, but I try to never miss a class with Hanna (hip-hop). Her energy is so high and positive that it's honestly therapeutic. She's an incredible teacher who breaks down choreography in a way that makes it feel doable, even when it's challenging. I also really enjoy Loups (hip-hop) -- he's hilarious, great for fundamentals, and somehow always drops the best life advice. Also a special shoutout to Elm (hip-hop), Yuki & Brooke (K-pop), Maoka (house), and Adrianna (jazz funk) -- their classes are so much fun as well. One thing I really appreciate is their community app where they post the class videos. It is so helpful for looking back to see your progress and figuring out how to improve. It's right next to a KBBQ spot with a tiny lot that fills up fast, so I recommend street parking. If you've ever wanted to learn how to dance, this is the place to start! First class is free!

They work really hard to provide a soothing, safe space for everyone. Nothing but positive vibes, free use of everyone's pronouns and small businesses selling their wares. There's ample parking and most of the events cost around $5. I attended a paint and sip which was about $35, but we sampled about seven different wines. So worth it. I signed up for the twerking class. It was fun, but be prepared for them to teach a full choreographed routine. I was NOT ready! Don't think I'll be returning to that one. But, there's generally something with cool vibes on Saturday night. I started following one of the performers on IG. I'm pretty sure she's gonna be a big success.
