It doesn't feel crammed or stuffy. It is comfortable. I had a membership from mid-Jan 2026 to mid-June 2026. The instructors are friendly and approachable. They greet you and try to check in with you and have small talk. My struggles came with class scheduling and cancellations. I have a full-time job plus 2 small children, so I think my individual situation was difficult to manage with their limited class schedules plus cancellations. I think if you have more flexibility in your day and/or no small children, it wouldn't feel as frustrating lol so maybe my experience is unique. First big inconvenience: Not many Hot Power Fusion classes (HPF). They offer one at 8:30 am and then one at 8:15 pm. The morning one I can't attend as I am at work. The evening one was hard to make because I had to rush home after to get the children ready for bed. But I tried to make the evening ones as much as possible. Would be nice if they offered one more HPF somewhere in the day between the other two. Second big inconvenience: When I first joined there would be many class cancellations due to maintenance. It proved to be quite inconvenient since I work mornings (and could not attend those classes) and then the evening classes would be cancelled due to maintenance. There were times where I would go many days without being able to go into class because of lack of options. Third big inconvenience: In March 2026, they temporarily closed the location down for 4 weeks so that they could make repairs/improvements. I had only been part of the studio for 2 months, so I was very disappointed that I now had no access to it. While it was closed, I was allowed to visit the nearest one in Hermosa beach, but that location is 30 minutes away (assuming no traffic). Which didn't work for me. So, for the time it was closed, I placed my membership on pause. That was frustrating. Fourth big inconvenience: Once it reopened in late April, the studio continued to have many evening cancellations. This time it was due to training (before it was due to maintenance). So again, there were less options to attend class because of these training cancellations. I was very frustrated by my experience here. I really enjoyed class once i was in class but to actually find a class that fit my schedule was difficult. Then when I did find a class, it was often cancelled. It affected the quality of my experience, so I eventually cancelled altogether and found another local studio that works better for me.

We decided to go to the Yoga Sculpt 50 Heated class taught by Megan, and we had a great experience / workout. The class description is accurate stating "Build strength, tone, and sweat in Yoga Sculpt! Yoga Sculpt blends yoga with weight training. In this class you'll go through sun salutations, then a yoga flow incorporating weights, plus additional strengthening exercises using body weight, weights, and/or resistance bands." The time flew by, Megan was an excellent instructor and the studio is clean, spacious, offers cubbies for your personal belongings, and so much more. If you're in this area of Long Beach and seeking a yoga class, look no further than Yoga108!

Upon entering the first time I was completely ignored at the front desk for over 5 minutes. When I finally got her attention that I was new and wanted to sign up I was hastily given forms to sign and no information. Upon entering the room for yoga there were hardly and spots left yo put my mat down so I went to the front row and waited for class to start as it was time. Instead the next ten minutes they overloaded the class with people. So we started late and were touching each other's mats and had no room. The class itself was disappointing and had no structure. Do one move on one side, then not the other. No sun As it Bs just random movement thrown together. And then a 15 min shavasana. We basically didn't do much and that was the power class. No one says hello to each other if you are new, I didn't feel welcome or that it was worth it. I did go back for a second class and again was disappointed. I've since tried West Coast sweat and it was a million times better all around!

My experience may be different from someone who is completely new to Pilates. It was instructed to come 15 minutes early before your first class so I did. A class was finishing up but the studio is very clean and for me self explanatory. So I put all my stuff in the cubbies provided, self-checked in on the Ipad, and waited for the class to finish. My first class was with Brittany and she did briefly explain the reformer to me, but I told her I had used a reformer before so I didn't need a thorough explanation. There was another girl in my class who was new so she helped her. The LIT class, which is their entry beginner class, I will say is a pretty good workout. I liked that even in the LIT class Brittany gave you the option if you wanted to do a higher level of weight/work for more of a challenge. The space is very clean, the reformers are in great working shape, and decorated more trendy. I enjoyed the music here (but if you are looking more for an experience where its playing more elevator type music then I would say this studio is not for you). Another thing I like about this studio is the variety of different classes like the cardio-jump board class, straps, classic pilates, etc. I took a jump board class with Allie and it was a great workout! Allie was also super sweet. I'll be back!

My first class was with Kelly, and there was something so special about the way she coached. Her approach is gentle and grounding, but still incredibly challenging. She taught me how to breathe through discomfort, quiet my mind, and speak to myself differently when things felt hard. Those lessons went far beyond yoga for me. Then there's Laura, who challenges you in a completely different way. She has more of that military-style energy--the kind that makes you dig deep and keep going when your mind is telling you that you can't. I actually experienced one of my biggest personal breakthroughs during one of her classes. That's what I love about both of them. Kelly reminds you to breathe through it; Laura reminds you that you CAN get through it. Different approaches, but both have taught me how powerful the way we speak to ourselves can be. And the physical transformation has been just as meaningful. The strength and definition I've been able to build during my time here has been unlike anything I've experienced before. Even after doing CrossFit and other forms of training, there were certain results I had been trying to achieve that I just wasn't seeing. YogaSix has challenged my body in an entirely different way, and I've been amazed by the changes I've seen in my strength, mobility, and overall definition. YogaSix became so much more than a workout for me. It became a place where I could breathe, release, push myself, rebuild my strength, and discover what my mind and body are actually capable of. I fully support the no-socks lifestyle. We're all barefoot anyway! Let Laura's feet be free! ‍ Forever grateful for YogaSix Rolling Hills, Team and this community.

Prior to beginning this program, I had never weightlifted and did not know where to even begin to learn. Working with a personal trainers seemed too intimidating, and I did not know enough to begin learning on my own and risk an injury. This program is the happy medium!   Twice a week, you receive incredibly detailed videos for each movement/exercise where your coach talks through the proper form, suggests a starting weight, explains what the movement should feel like, what muscle groups you should activate, tips on how to protect your back & neck, etc. He equips you with all the information you need to feel comfortable enough to complete the exercise. If that weren't enough, a floor coach is always available throughout your workout to help guide you in any aspect you need. A new wristband system allows you to further personalize the program, by indicating how much interaction you would like from your coach on that given day/exercise. Want a really involved floor coach that will give you all the expert tips? Wear green! Do you prefer to be on your own and reach out to the coach yourself with questions? Wear red! The beauty of this program is in the flexibility it provides, from how involved you would like your trainer to be, to setting your own schedule.   I highly recommend this program and do not have plans of quitting anytime soon. Your future buns of steel will thank you for signing up today!

The massage machine is awesome. The problem is the members. They NEVER put the weights back. They play on their phone when they are working on the machines, hogging them up. Go there at between 6 pm and 8:30 pm. You will have to hunt for the dumbells or weights you want. Go into stretching area, and there are discarded weights and mats all over. I find it inconsiderate and flat out RUDE! The staff are instructed to do nothing about it. In their defense, who wants to pick up weights behind grown ass adults all shift. Maybe they could put up signs or something, but it's ridiculous. Go before or after prime time, or the time you had budgeted to work out will be spent looking for equipment. The bottom line is THE MEMBERS SUCK!
