Kelsie and her crew (Sophia, Rebecca & Mattie) did a phenomenal job for my granddaughter's 1st birthday party. Kelsie herself was a complete blessing!!! She is an amazing & very thorough party planner. From the first phone call inquiry, answering all my questions and kept me in the loop for anything else via email or phone call until the party date. When you read, with the VIP package all you need to do is show up with your child, that's literally all you have to do! The food and beverages were excellent choices. I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

I blame myself for buying from this place and even fee guilty doing so. This is not a retail fish store. This is a place where the retailers go and understand 50% of the fish will die before resale.

Outside, there are two adjacent outdoor kid's playgrounds. Near the entrance they have juice and fruit vendors and a balloonist. Entry fee is very reasonable at under $50 for family of three with in-and-out privileges. Inside the museum, its like 80% outdoor exhibits and 20% indoor. They have an onsite cafe and food vendors throughout. The outdoor exhibits has a park area dedicated to physics. You'll see fans, pulleys, etc. to help your child appreciate scientific concepts while having fun. They also have tie-dye stations, climbing structures, tricycle race tracks, live music, and my son's favorites - the sandbox and pretend farmer's market and veggie patch. I noted lots of friendly staff dressed as camp rangers working with the kids and maintaining order with a smile, which is huge. Inside the buildings, you'll see traditional kid activities like toy trains, quiet reading areas, legos, and even more climbing structures. Looking forward to coming back next time we're in the area. The in-and-out policy is nice since they have lots of nearby offsite restaurants in nearby Old Pasadena.

Buying a medium sized container of feed was more than enough, IMHO. Visitors are required to feed only the goats & sheep from the other side of the enclosure. Without feed, visitors can enter the closure & pet/brush the animals. Besides the goats & sheep, there are 2 pigs, chickens, and in a separate enclosure, emus & a cow. No access allowed to those, however. Pony rides are an option for little kids. The ride is around an oval track. There is also a playground area to burn up some energy. A few handwashing stations on premises to stay hygienic during your visit. Barnyard Buddies is an accessible nearby barnyard experience. I was lucky enough to grow up around chickens, so I'm not new to livestock. It's my firm belief kids should be around animals, and know where their food comes from, whether it be eggs, milk and/or meat. While not a place I'd recommend traveling large distances to visit, for those nearby or whom happen to be in the area, Barnyard Buddies is a wonderful opportunity to feed enthusiastically hungry goats & sheep, and brush plump piggies. I appreciate that they understand that people are driving and have rules in place to protect patrons. we had over 80 guests that all left happy and said they had never been Togo Kart World despite being Southbay residents. All of the kids had a blast and the parents agreed we would be making another visit very soon. I would give them 10 stars if I could. management is super responsive.
