I was outraged they said they don't prorate I have to pay for another two weeks even though I don't have their cable anymore . As many people know, technology can be overwhelming for older adults, and what might seem simple to some can feel intimidating to them. Chris understood that completely. Even after credits were issued, T-Mobile continued taking payments while the account remained unresolved. I eventually removed AutoPay because I no longer trusted the company with access to my card. I filed complaints with the BBB and Idaho Attorney General, but T-Mobile refused further adjustments and simply requested that the files be closed. The problems originated with this store, but I was left dealing with the consequences for over a year. I am now leaving T-Mobile entirely. Please review every line, charge and agreement carefully before leaving this store.
