More importantly, when I got the car back it reeked of Febreze so badly that it literally made me ill. I left the car windows partially open and placed baking soda boxes everywhere and it still took 4-6 months for the odor to go away. I can't imagine why they did this. They're supposed to be working on the outside of the car not the inside. Also, they managed to mess up one of the front windshield wipers so that the clip was sticking up on the windshield and could not be snapped back down. Worst experience I have ever had at a body shop!

I had an unfortunate incident where a friend backed into my car hard enough to total it, according to another body shop. I was adamant that I did not want my car totaled; I just wanted them to fix the non-cosmetic damage, and I would be good, but they refused. So I called my mechanic and they recommended Rowe. Everyone at Rowe was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though I had trouble getting the check from the other insurance company, they helped me figure out what to do and they were able to give me a quote that made it fixable, and not a total. I got my car back and it looked as good as new, which I wasn't even expecting given that it was a 13-year-old car at the time. If something ever happens again to my dear old car, I will take it to them again.

We called when he said it would be done but he said he had some personal problems and was overwhelmed and would be done at the end of February We called at the end of that month and it still was not done. He said there was a problem with the fuel line so it would be another week. So the first week is March. I called and said I needed it by Easter weekend and he assured us that it would be done then. Nope. It was not. Finally, the Truck was done on April 2nd. The insurance company sent me an electronic payment that went into my bank account and I asked if we could pick up the truck and I will send it through my account as a Bill payment and he would have the payment in a couple days. He said "Why did you cash that check, you could have signed it over to me?" I said no it was electronically deposited into my account. He said no check then you cannot pick up the truck. So my take away from this is. 1. He is a liar. When he says he will get something done, he does not follow through. 2. He expects others to be willing to be flexible with him but will not work with you. The truck is fine, he did an okay job but he took all of February and all of March to fix it. Poorest customer service I have ever seen. Be aware of this Body Shop. No stars
