Spent the night in a local hotel and called Toledo Auto Care the next morning to set up an appointment the next day. Turned out it was just some dirty oil that needed changing. The mechanic showed me the brakes and let me know that they were going to need changing sometime in the near future, but it wasn't anywhere close to the in-your-face sales pitch that some auto shops give you. I left Toledo Auto Care with a healthy care and a healthier state of mind. They treat their customers right here, and if I'm in the area again this will be my number one choice for any car repairs.

I had my Toyota there to be repaired because of a covered accident. I had faith that he would do a good job,but man is he ever slow now on returning the vehicle. He promised 1 date,and couldn't keep the promise. I wound up paying for a rental for an extra week,and the job was not satisfactory to me! My truck was done,but the end result left a lot to be desired. I gave him another opportunity in May this year (Accident was in Oct. 21) and all I received were excuses on the quality of his final effort. There were no excuses,or mountain's he couldn't climb to do the job until after the check's were signed and the cash in his pocket! Suddenly,there were all kinds of excuses!
