I went to Central Collision on the recommendation of a friend in December 2016-- some lovely person absolutely destroyed my side mirror. Central Collision took care of the repair at a fair price with great customer service. Exactly one year later (to the day!) in December 2017, I found myself in a car accident rendering my car unsafe to drive and in need of an entire front passenger door. Central Collision worked well with my car insurance to update the quotes. The process was very hands off for me and well managed. They were nice enough to spend 20 minutes on the phone with me to explain the damage to me. Not only did they repair the door, change the oil, and repaint my car very nicely, they took a look at some other things that were worrying me about my car. When I went to pick up the car, they also took the time to do a walk around and personally show me what was repaired and explained/showed me what the signs of wearing shocks are. They were honest with me about the safety of my vehicle-- even though another repair would have netted them more money. In addition to my repaired car, it was returned to me better than I left it. I got into an accident where my drivers side door was dented in, and I was unable to open it. Central Collision was recommended to me. They did a great job with explaining everything that was going to be done to my car. The staff was super friendly and open to explaining things further for me. They kept me updated with everything going on. They would send me emails and call me with updates. When it was done they went over their process with me and made sure to answer all my questions. Central Collision did an awesome job, I was in an accident and they asked if I needed a rental, which they take care of themselves. Also, before the scheduled day it seemed like my tire was messed up a little so they got a hold of Tireman for me to have them look at it. I dropped off my vehicle on the day they said, I got it back the day I was told. They did an amazing job and took care of me and my vehicle and they even cleaned my vehicle inside and out, which was way cleaner than when I gave it to them! I was all set to take my 2011 Nissan into Yark Body Shop for some damage to the front driver's side. But Progressive told me that Central Collision was a contracted body shop and that the repairs would have warranty, which Yark did not offer. I jacked my car up. They could have rang me up for a couple thousand dollar out of pocket repair. Instead I got a hundred dollar solution. I really jacked my other car up. Insurance became involved. Paint looked great. The fender, bumper, and light were fitted well, and the lines looked good. If the new headlight hadn't been that much shinier, it would have been unnoticeable. read more

They had to repair the drivers side of my truck from the front bumper to the back bumper. It looks good as new. From the time I went in until I picked my truck up they were very helpful.
